About Bill's Trafford Restaurant
Bill's Trafford Restaurant is a British restaurant in Manchester, on the upper level of The Trafford Centre in the New Orleans area, at The Orient. The bottomless brunch gives guests 90 minutes of unlimited prosecco and cocktails alongside the food. The brunch menu runs from a cooked breakfast and a breakfast bun to loaded hash browns, with steak and eggs served with chips for a heartier plate. Buttermilk pancakes come either with streaky bacon or with biscoff, bananas and syrup. Chicken wings arrive with fries and can be ordered in a small size. Spritz and prosecco sit among the drinks, so the table can pair a lighter order with something to sip.

Customer Review Summary
Breakfast draws most reviewers, with pancakes the most frequently named item, from buttermilk pancakes with streaky bacon to a biscoff, banana and syrup version. Close behind are loaded hash browns, a breakfast bun with everything in, and chicken wings with fries, described as delicious with good portions. Staff earn repeated praise as friendly, kind and attentive. One server helped a table find a plug socket for a laptop, and another group was seated across two tables for a party of 19. The steak and eggs is the clearest letdown. Two reviewers found the taste off the mark, and one called the steak chewy at medium and the fries lukewarm and soggy. That reviewer's guest also found the flatbread greasy. The same reviewer found service inconsistent, with a server who walked off when asked for extra sauces, which sat badly with the service charge. Another diner found the seating cramped. One family used the kids eat free offer, and their daughter loved the crayons and colouring sheet.

“We have just left Bills after dining for the first time, we were served by Ally and she is a credit to your team; warm, welcoming with an aura that came off very genuine, the food was lovely but your staff is what’s made us want to come back in the future, highly recommend!! Brownie points to Ally!!!”

“Best spot for breakfast in the Trafford centre, menu to suit all - the staff are so kind and attentive. We asked for a plug socket for our laptop which our waiter helped with by giving us the appropriate table. We were celebrating with a few spritz’s and glasses of prosecco. One small critique would be that I wish the staff would dress a little bit more smarter and put together, as I’ve noticed this on a few occasion now. Apart from that you have yourself a repeat customer 😊”

“I had a bit of a mixed experience here. The drinks were spot on and the service was absolutely awesome—quick and attentive. However, I wasn’t too keen on the steak eggs and chips; the taste just didn’t hit the mark for me, though the pancakes were nice. Cleanliness and atmosphere were good, but overall, I expected more from the food quality. I might come back for drinks, but I’d probably skip the steak next time.”
