About Wingstop Trafford Centre

Wingstop Trafford Centre is a chicken wings restaurant in Manchester, at Unit R15c, with a menu of 10 flavours that run from mild and sweet to the hottest. Wings, boneless chicken and tenders can be ordered on their own or mixed, with sauces such as Korean, garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. Customer Review Summary

Diners return mainly for the chicken, with bone-in wings and crispy tenders singled out as juicy and full of flavour, and the sauces getting much of the credit. The Korean sauce, honey mustard dip and garlic parmesan come up by name, while Cajun-spiced fries, corn on the cob, slaw and churros round out the praise from first-timers. Food is repeatedly described as arriving quickly and hot, even when queues are long. The loudest complaint is the music. Several reviewers call it blasting, say it made ordering difficult, and note that kitchen staff had to shout to get orders through. Others found the wings and tenders too oily, the box leaking sauce, the burger bun underwhelming, and the bill steep for chicken and chips. A few were irritated by queuing again to refill their own drinks, and one order arrived with garlic sauce instead of the honey mustard on the receipt. Service ranges from friendly and efficient to disinterested at the counter. One reviewer whose takeaway was missing a wing was offered a return collection and a discount, with the manager handling it personally.

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Raw food and a complete rip off. 25/07/26 I ordered the £15 boneless and tenders meal. After taking a few bites, I realised some of the chicken was raw. I took it back to the counter, where a member of staff checked it and confirmed that it was raw. Despite showing them the raw chicken, I was only offered a £9.50 refund, even though the rest of the meal had to go in the bin. I was told the refund would be processed, but the money has still not been returned to my account. The service was equally disappointing. The member of staff dealing with the issue seemed completely disinterested, and when placing my order it was difficult to communicate because the music was so loud that me & young lad on the counter could hardly hear each other. In total, we spent £45 on two meals and three chicken tenders. Given the raw food, poor customer service, and failure to provide the promised refund, I won’t be returning. Avoid this place. Plenty of better value places with better quality of food, for a cheaper price. Don’t believe the hype”

“Had a fantastic experience at Wingstop in the Trafford Centre! The food was absolutely amazing - everything was fresh, full of flavour and cooked perfectly. A special mention has to go to Annie, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive and genuinely made us feel welcomed. Her attitude and customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Great food, great atmosphere and exceptional service. Annie is a real credit to the team! I’ll definitely be coming back. 🍗🔥”

“Nice food, the service from the server was below average, but the management was really organised! She was not only thinking of the customers but she was thinking of all the staff as well! She commanded professionalism, it’s just a shame her team were less supportive and driven. The atmosphere was bright and loud! If you were sitting in a small group on 1 table, then you’ll be fine, large groups would struggle to hear each other. To get a 5 stars - don’t drown the food in the box with so much sauce it leaks out the bottom. The team serving need to be more supportive of people that come in and are a little overwhelmed with the lights and the noise. It can be a challenging experience for a first timer. Atmosphere; you need to turn the music down! The increased music volume meant the kitchen staff needed to shout at each other just to get the orders through. It would not surprise me if they all went home with headaches and sore throats. I would go again, as I would be more prepared for the environment this time around.”

“First time visiting Wingstop at Trafford Centre over the weekend and I honestly loved it. I ordered the chicken burger with crispy tenders, slaw, pickles, and ranch with fries and a Coca-Cola, and everything was spot on. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the burger had loads of flavour, and the fries were fresh and nicely seasoned. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food came out quickly even though it was busy. Really good first experience overall and I’ll definitely be coming back again.”

“Well, we were at the Trafford Centre today and fancied some lunch as we were absolutely famished. Not far from where we were, we spotted Wingstop. The chicken wings were excellent properly seasoned and full of flavour, especially in the Korean sauce. The corn on the cob was equally on form, and the coleslaw was fresh and crunchy. The churros? Let’s just say they didn’t survive long enough. Service was spot on friendly, efficient, and impressively calm considering we turned up at lunchtime during midterm, when most places resemble a mild crisis zone. All in all, everything was well organised, tasty, and thoroughly enjoyable. Compared to our last visit, they have seriously upped their game in terms of service, food quality, and the expanded menu. Well done Wingstop!! 👏🏼”
