  “I ordered a margarita pizza, i ordered on my phone by scanning the qr code on the table but if you don't want to do this you can also order your food form the staff if you prefer that. The pizza was delicious but you do have to cut the pizza yourself with the pizza slicer. This can be a good thing if you want to choose how big you want your slices but some might struggle to cut their pizza. They also include salt, pepper, oil and chill oil on the table which you can use. I really like this place and would recommend eating there if you are near one of their chains.”

  “I wouldn’t really bother going here if I’m honest. The pasta was no better than a microwave meal at home. The oil at the table was dirty. The ciabatta bread was dry. Nothing against the waiting staff though, they were really nice. Food wait time about 20-30 min on a Wednesday night.”

  “Went to Vapiano in Manchester for the first time yesterday for a late lunch. We ordered garlic dough balls, I had a chicken Alfredo pasta with peppers (loved the option to choose a pasta and be able to add or remove ingredients) Everything came so quickly and it was so hot so you could tell it was all made fresh which makes it even better. The staff were also super lovely, attentive and friendly Honestly one of the best pasta and dough balls I’ve ever had. We’ve already said we will definitely be returning!!”

  “Glad we booked a table so we didnt have to share with others! Seating does need looking at as alot of high tables with bar stool like seats and lower tables with also same backless chairs. We were able to move to a table with a bench seating with a back rest. Food was amazing and quick service! Would visit again”

  “The food was really nice and the customer service was amazing. Everyone there was really friendly and welcoming. They constantly check up on you to make sure everything is okay. Even when leaving, they were really kind. Shreva and Pooja were welcoming. They even let us borrow their charger to charge our phone. Definitely will be going again.”

  “The young women working here are all very, very lovely and helpful. We were served by Venusha (I think I’m spelling it wrong, so sorry) and Jaspinder and they were both very sweet. One aspect that could improve is that the food flavour could be richer. I had love me chicken pasta and I’ve asked if more tomato sauce could be added as I couldn’t really feel the tomato taste. The chef said love me chicken isn’t “tomato based” but it is advertised as containing both tomato sauce as well as tomatoes so not feeling the tomato flavour isn’t good enough. The classic lemonade was tasty”

  “We walked into this restaurant on a busy night and still managed to get some seats. Ordering was through a QR code/ online and we got our food delivered quickly enough. The food was delicious, staff were lovely and we went on our merry way home soon after.”

  “Upon arrival we see they have a 2 for 1 on cocktails for “happy hour” until 6pm. We ordered at 5:45 to see the bill go from £30 to £40 when selecting Apple Pay. We queried this with the staff which then took 3 staff members to come to us about the same issue. 4 if you include the manager one staff member went to. They bring the receipt to tell us it was a service charge. We had to then explain no look it’s charged us for both cocktails and not done the offer. After going back and forth between the staff we finally got a refund. One of us received our food whilst the other one had to wait, both of which were pasta dishes. We easily waited nearly 10 minutes for the other dish to be brought out with no apology. The food was okay nothing special, not atmosphere at all and no music playing for background noise. Wouldn’t return again.”

  “The food was excellent and the service made the experience even better. Staff member Ran Deep was amazing. Since we were new to the place, she recommended dishes for us and every suggestion turned out to be spot on. She even encouraged us to try their pizza at the end, which was also really good. Her communication was warm and confident, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. She definitely has strong customer service and marketing skills. Overall, a very enjoyable visit and we’ll be back.”
