  “We had a lovely lunch at San Carlo yesterday and really enjoyed our experience. We ordered the seafood mixed grill , and everything was very tasty and well presented. What really made our experience extra special was the dessert recommendation from Huzaima. He suggested their special dessert, which turned out to be a huge bowl of ice cream with different delicious flavours. It was honestly a game changer and such a fantastic way to finish our meal! A big thank you to Huzaima for the great recommendation and for making our visit even more memorable. Excellent food, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. We’ll definitely be back!”

  “Tatiana and Rita has been an absolutely blessing for tonight. As someone work in the hospital industry, they have been Wonderful, not too much, not too little and they have been patience with our graduation group. Big recognition for tonight and the food has been top notch. I will be back again!”

  “Decent food, average price. The Tagliolini crab was slight disappointing. If you have been to Hong Kong it tastes exactly like the lobster e-fu noodle, but a dry version. The other dish was delicious, and I esepcially like the asparagus cream sauce, which blends quite well with the meaty flavour from cured pork. Atmosphere wise, I think they went for a posh italian restaurant vibe, and it did not go well lol. Nevertheless, worth a try.”

  “We arrived late due to having trouble finding a parking place, in Manchester it's a nightmare, parked on King Street, free after 20.00 hours but limited spaces Celebrations for our neice her Birthday , we visited same venue 10 years ago, not changed at all except the prices. Our server took us to our table near the toilets and kitchen, not very good location, constant flow of Customers and staff coming past, but such is life. Very extensive menu, plenty of choice for all tastes, drinks ordered, and away we go. Starters Arancini, Costine di mailed orientale (spare ribs) in San Carlo sauce Cheesey garlic bread. Mains Calzone pollo x2 Tortellini panna & prosciutto Tagliolini crab Tagliatelle bolognaise x 2 Starters came quickly, ribs excellent, Arancini excellent, garlic bread a bit pale and pasty Mains took a while because they were busy, noise level too much we couldn't talk properly until the restaurant emptied. All food tasty and filling, generous portions, no room for dessert. Because it was her Birthday staff brought 2 profiteroles with a lit candle and sang happy birthday which was nice. They took a long time to ask if we wanted anything else due to the staff tidying up ready for tomorrow's service, but check your bill, they add a service charge which you don't have to accept or you can suggest a different amount, just be aware Drinks were very expensive approx £11 for a medium glass of wine and £4.50 for half a pint of Peroni, but I suppose that's Manchester prices, just be aware, that's all.”

  “I thoroughly enjoyed the food at San Carlo. We went for Father’s Day with my family, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The best bruschetta I have ever had, along with other phenomenal dishes. It is always a delight dining at San Carlo. There was even a lovely lady going around taking Polaroid photos for guests, allowing us to capture memories of our special meal.”

  “Lovely food and wonderful service. The staff were all very friendly, especially Tatiana and Antonio, who made the experience even more enjoyable. They were welcoming, attentive, and really helped create a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!”

  “Incredible food and atmosphere but honestly the staff were incredible. Long story but I dropped my wedding ring and it was temporarily lost on the floor of the restaurant, and the staff couldn’t have been better and more helpful in finding it. My husband and I were in a panic but the team calmed us down and one of them found it to huge relief. I couldn’t recommend this establishment and family more highly and we’ll never forget our night at San Carlo ❤️”

  “Honestly outstanding. This is the second year we have brought over 50 people here and was a brilliant night. Food amazing and the service wow Rita is legendary and tonight she had another 48 group too. Justino Cloe and Gabriele were brilliant too! Thoroughly recommend 🤌❤️”

  “We had an amazing dinner time. Such lovely and understanding, patience’s staff members. With special shoutout to their options for ceoliac people where they offer a great selection of gluten free meals as well as halal ones, which made our meals exceptional. Their kindness for our coeliac friend’s birthday and a lovely complementary of a surprise sorbet when we asked for the bill. Have been there before countless times and will always be back especially with their gluten-free options availability. Thank you for such an incredible time and a meal team San Carlo, made it an unforgettable memorable evening for us and especially for our friend. apologies cannot remember our host’s name but can never their kindness!🩷🩷”

  “Party of 5 celebrating daughter’s 18th birthday, first time visiting, service was great, food delicious, we didn’t feel rushed, daughter’s birthday acknowledged, we had a wonderful evening, however upon leaving the restaurant we accidentally left birthday cards, containing a substantial amount of money on the table! A mad dash back to the restaurant in a panic (we’d got to the top of King Street!!). Spoke to a member of staff who advised anything left on tables was thrown away, panicking even more at this stage! Members of staff went to check said bins, which was appreciated! However, member of staff Abed recognised us & whilst he wasn’t our server all night, noticed the cards & put them to one side for us….. I may have hugged him a few times hehe! BIG thank you to Abed for saving the night!”
