About Don Marco
Don Marco is a brasserie-style Italian restaurant in Manchester, open daily. The menu covers pizza and pasta, with lasagna among the baked dishes. Seafood has its own place, and lobster ravioli is one of the options for diners who want fish over meat or pizza. Tomato garlic bread is on the menu for starting a meal. The kitchen works from traditional regional Italian cooking, and the format follows the brasserie approach, with a full run of courses from starters through to dessert. The dessert menu includes tiramisu.

Customer Review Summary
Diners most often single out friendly, attentive staff, with one reviewer crediting a server for a drink recommendation that enhanced the evening. Food praise centers on the tomato garlic bread and house baked bread, followed by the lasagna, penne Apollo, spaghetti di mare, carbonara, and mussels and prawn risotto, with reviewers calling dishes freshly made, hot, and full of flavour. The covered outdoor seating is described as a different vibe and perfect for an intimate date, though one reviewer found it cold enough to need a coat. Criticism is less frequent but specific. One diner found the calamari and grilled salmon tasteless and the tiramisu overly sweet, described one server as unwilling and careless when setting down dishes, and said the table was forgotten when ready for dessert. Another found the lobster ravioli's broth slightly diluted by tomato, the pizza not particularly memorable, and the tiramisu too heavy on mascarpone. Even so, one table said the staff had a laugh with them when they ordered too much food.

“Very nice food and a different vibe to most Italian restaurants which I really liked however it was a bit cold sat within the outer area of the restaurant so a coat was needed but would be fantastic in the summer months. Me and my friend had the Lasagna which was perfectly cooked and my wife had the Penne Apollo which she enjoyed. Would highly recommend coming here and I will definitely be coming back.”
