  “5***** Had the most amazing 1st date with my beautiful partner Alyson, the service was excellent Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Bhaji's were amazing, just how they should be bright red and lots of Almonds... Super company, beautiful person, and amazing Food, excellent value, and they couldn't do enough for us.. over 5 courses Inc coffee approx £65 with Tip. And a meal to take away.. parking available free outside after 7pm. Thank you.. Love you Bye...x Alyson & Craig x”

  “Absolutely one of the best curries around. Have been coming to Rema for many years now , and it's unbeaten in the local area. Hands down the best curries around. Amazing value for money , food is always prepared fresh and very tasty. Staff are always so happy and welcoming. 10/10.”

  “I’ve visited this restaurant numerous times and it never disappoints. Tonight the restaurant was very busy but this did not impact the speed or attentiveness of the staff. I had my usual Rogan Josh and my husband had his usual of chicken tikka, both were well cooked and delicious. I especially enjoy the layers of flavour throughout the dish. The lamb is always tender with good flavour. The portions are generous so the staff kindly boxed my leftovers for me to enjoy at home. A pleasant meal.”

  “If you want genuine authentic food with really friendly helpful staff then the rema is the place to eat we have been here many times as a group and as a couple the food is always excellent the atmosphere is really nice and the prices are fantastic the staff are really friendly and helpfull we are still sitting here after finishing our beautiful meals enjoying a complementary baileys give it a try you won't be disappointed”

  “We had a lovely meal here with friends. We are frequent visitors to Rema as we have always enjoyed both the food and service, but our friends had never been previously. They were highly complimentary of their food and the restaurant was extremely accommodating of their requirements as two of them were vegan. I had the lamb rogan josh which was absolutely delicious and the lamb just fell apart, it was so tender. The service is impeccable, the staff are always attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The price is more than reasonable! £90 for five of us was extremely good value for money! We did not feel rushed and the complimentary drink at the end of the meal was a nice touch. We wouldn't go anywhere else!”

  “Too much artificial food colours, not authentic food, too greasy and tandoori is burnt. Food quality is not good. Vegetable Pakoras served in full oil soggy batter. Main course was bland and tasteless. Overall bad experience.”

  “Great place to visit with mates for a cracking Ruby Murray! There is a large menu with lots of varied dishes to choose from that caters for all curry lovers. If only to be nit picky, one of the chocolates that arrived with the bill had a full wrapper on it… but no chocolate inside! It’s fair to say one of the lads (pictured in one of my photos) was not at all happy about this!”

  “Easily the best Indian restaurant in the area. Been here for a sit down meal on several occasions. This evening, I had my first take-away and the quality is as consistent as dining in the restaurant. Menu has lots of good options so there is something for everyone. They even offer a 20% discount on all takeaway orders when you collect them in person and I cannot believe the value for money for all of the food I ordered. The food was ready when I arrived 20 minutes after ordering, as promised and the person serving me was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, excellent food and great service. Will definitely come here again.”
