  “The food here is amazing with plenty of options to choose ranging from kids meal to multiple meat combinations served on sizzling plates. They do have free car parking (just ask staff of manager for the parking direction). The staff here is friendly and manager (Sarfaraz) takes care of each customers requirements. I can suggest that this restaurant is among the top restaurants in Bolton locale with good food and hospitality.”

  “Best place for sizzling steak dishes. The food remains hot to the end due to hot plate. May be a little on the expensive side. Very busy at the weekend and there may be long wait. There is no option of booking a table in advance”

  “Had another fantastic experience at Sizzling Palate and I just have to give a special shoutout to Sarfraz, the manager. He truly goes above and beyond every single time. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile that instantly makes you feel welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him—he’s attentive, friendly and genuinely cares about making sure every guest has a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone so consistently dedicated and positive. Great food is one thing, but service like this is what keeps people coming back. Thank you, Sarfraz, for always making our visits so enjoyable!”

  “Gone to sizzling palette after ages. Food was nice. We paid but stayed sitting at the table for around 15 mins. When we left and wa saying bye to friends, the olde guy came running out asking if we have paid and we said we had. We then crossed the road and he’s come out shouting saying we not paid. Couple of us went back and he said they couldn’t find the receipt but then one of the workers found the receipt and told him. It was really rude the way he did it and embarrassed us.”

  “Very disappointed from my last visit around a year ago. What disappointed me was the quality of chips. The cheapest frozen chips are served in this place. You dont get much veg on your sizzler and it was burnt. The sizzlers presentation was atrocious, it was like it was slapped on. I thought I'd treat myself but its always the case in restaurants nowadays. You go to spend your hard earned money and you get absolute trash served to you. That's if they give you good service. This restaurant needs to serve fresh food not frozen stuff. I hope they do but I aint going back here ever again.”

  “We went for Aftar yesterday with 8 people. Had an amazing time .Mr sarfraz made everything so easy for us from booking to service everything was perfect. Our guests really enjoyed it. Thanx to sizzling palate team specially to Sarfraz for organising .Food was amazing. Came perfect and on time. THANX will visit again .”

  “Avoid ….. Visited after 8 years and the last time my experience was so awful and the customer service is non existent and sadly this is still the case , if anything the have got worse. I ordered the special steak sizzler and my Freind ordered the t bone steak sizzler. Food was ready in 20 mins which was understandable but didn’t expect the low quality and very poor customer service. Once the food arrived , the special steak literally only had few pieces of steak and the rest is just rice and veg and chips so very little amount of meat. Food was below average , very chewy and poor standard. My friend ordered the T bone steak and he literally had 3 bites and said it was the most awful steak he had tried , I then tried his and could only say it was like eating a Michelin tyre that’s how artful it was. We notified the staff who then sent the manager who looks aggrieved and never seems to smile , and once we said it was meant to be mild also he tried to suggest thrre was nothing wrong. After me insisting he should try a little and could see how difficult it was to cut through , he replaced it. Once the replacement arrived I my Freind who had ordered the T bone was forced to watch me eat whilst his T bone came, again the replacement was awful with complete white fat on the edges and more rubbery so we actually left the whole food and complained. The manager apologised and said it’s embarrassing but didn’t do anything about it. It just simply isn’t good enough when after years I have come back again and the food was awful , awful customer service , small portions of meat and just the whole experience was terrible and unfortunately this is just how this establishmebt is. No regard at all about the customer but instead just interested in getting your money. Will never visit again. Also other customers had left a lot of their food without finishing their food and the manager seen this. I really do hope sizzling palate improves all aspects of the business but most importantly the quality of FOOD & customer service and the amount of meat instead of skimping and filing the palate with veg chips noodles which is a con.”

  “This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff seemed completely untrained - unable to take a simple order or understand what we were saying. We were served food without any cutlery and had to go out of our way just to get their attention to bring it over. Some items we ordered were missing, and even after pointing it out, it never arrived. To make matters worse, the food we did receive didn’t even match the menu descriptions. For instance, who serves lamb shank on top of mashed potatoes? Where on the menus does it say that. They also sat a group of three girls right next to us, even though there were multiple empty tables available throughout the restaurant. The tables were so close together they might as well have been one long shared table - absolutely no space or privacy. To make it worse, the group was practically screaming in our ears the whole time. It’s just common sense to space customers out when there’s room, and in this case, there clearly was. I also ordered a cola, which turned out to be the flattest, most lifeless drink I’ve ever tasted. To be fair, the starter was actually good - the lamb chops were tasty. But everything else, from the service to the rest of the food, was extremely disappointing. Avoid at all cost.”

  “حلال Sizzling Palate in Bolton is fantastic! The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcome right away. The food was delicious, especially the sirloin steak sizzler, which was packed with flavor. It's now our go-to spot for a great meal. Highly recommended!”
