“Absolutely stunning food. Every dish we had was spot on, and they happily swapped the paneer for tofu without making a thing of it, which not many places will do. Genuinely good vegan options rather than one token curry stuck at the bottom of the menu. The staff deserve a mention too. Friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. Good beer as well, which you don’t always get in a curry house. The only shame was how quiet it was for a Saturday night. This place deserves to be full. If you’re in Bolton and looking for somewhere that does proper food, looks after you and won’t leave vegans picking at a side dish, go. You won’t regret it.”

“We had a fantastic family meal at Signature Spice in Bolton. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the very first starters we were amazed by the flavours. They were so delicious that we ordered even more before moving on to the main course, which was equally outstanding. A special thank you to Denisha, who was so friendly, attentive, and always served us with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, the food was exceptional, and we all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend Signature Spice and will definitely be returning!”

“We had a fantastic meal at Signature Spice. To start, we shared the mixed starter and a vegetable samosa chaat, both of which were excellent and absolutely full of flavour. For mains we had the vegetable, cauliflower and cashew nut curry and the rara gosht, and again both were superb. It is not the busiest place, which is honestly a shame because the food more than deserves a crowd. Pricing is very reasonable too. If you are after a proper, flavour-packed Indian meal without the fuss, this spot deserves far more custom than it gets. We will definitely be back.”
