  “Visiting Manchester there is only ever one choice for food and drink, Wetherspoons! The Great Central is great option with lots of choice for Vegetarians and Vegans. We were provided excellent customer service from a young lady who originally came from Birmingham. Perfect experience.”

  “Really lovely classic pub style food. The atmosphere felt very cosy, a lot of loud students and trash around though. Bonus with a fun little "art" on top of the Guinness.”

  “I have been here a lot of times these days and the one and only thing disappoints me every time is the racist behavior of the staff. Especially the lady with the pink hair. I have had a couple of experiences with the staff that they never intend to serve happily. The lady which I said was showing the anger and hatred expressions on my face each and every time she served a beer to me today. All I want to say is this place is not recommendable for overseas people or students. Nobody likes to face racism in a place like like this where people expect to have good vibes with their mates.”

  “The seating area is a little tired but the toilets are clean. You can't beat a baked potato with méditerranéen veg, salad with delicious dressing in a separate bowl ( I don't like many dressings but this one is delicious) - and a decent latte with free refill all for £4.99. The service was quick and the food piping hotel.”

  “The disgusting security guard came up to me and demanded I leave the premises for “having attitude” after asking a question. He then started trying to grab me and push me around from my chair when absolutely nothing was done to result in physicality. Absolutely vile that they employ people like this and there was no telling off for him or anything. Will never ever go back to this awful place and if you don’t want to be assaulted then I suggest you don’t either.”

  “The food we had here today was absolutely dreadful. What a waste of £40 should have gone to Nando’s across the road.It’s a rough review but things need to be absolutely inspected at this place. The “Alfredo” pasta looked and tasted dreadful. The steak was probably the best part of the experience but even that was just average. The coke is clear and tastes like water. I know weatherspoons isn’t a 5 star restaurant but nobody could pay me to eat here again.”

  “Pleasant service at the bar, unlike the unfriendly service from the app. The male server did not have a good work.attitude. The American burger was good, and the beer wasn't too bad. Quite possibly the end of the barrel.”

  “Never been in a weatherspoons before ,it was in good location around the corner from My sons new uni accommodation . I was amazed at the £1.50 coffee and free refills . We all had a meal and got a drink as part of our meal. The soup tasted home made and all the food was very good ,served quickly and with good manners from all staff,would definitely go to another weatherspoons again look out for further reviews”
