Customer Review Summary

Poppadoms with a spread of dips come up most often, with reviewers calling the condiments fresh and generous and the assortment lovely. Curries and grills sit close behind. Diners praise the chicken curry and grill, a fish curry, the Chicken Tikka Naga, and a Saag Paneer one reviewer found seasoned just right without being overly salty. Others mention dishes served in mini karai style pots and a spacious, clean restaurant with a spotless restroom. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and professional, and two reviewers who held birthday parties there found the team accommodating. The criticisms are small but specific. One reviewer found the lamb a bit tough and the shish kebabs smaller than expected. Another found the garlic naan sweeter than expected with too little garlic, though a different reviewer called the garlic naan soft and crispy. A few also mention the gourmet nights as good value. One takeaway customer closes the praise by noting the order was ready exactly when promised.

“After a long European road trip on our way back home, we decided to order a takeaway from here, and I'm pleased to say it was another great experience. This was my second visit, and once again, the service was reliable and professional. We were told the food would be ready in 20-25 minutes, and it was prepared exactly on time. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Saag Paneer. It was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and seasoned just right without being overly salty, which is often hard to find. We also ordered Tarka Dal and Chana Masala, both prepared to our requested medium-to-hot spice level and thoroughly enjoyed by the family. The Papadums and Cucumber Raita were fresh and complemented the meal well. The only slight disappointment was the Garlic Naan. It was a little sweeter than expected and could have had more garlic, but it was still enjoyable and freshly made. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the location is convenient and easy to access, making it a great stop during a journey. Overall, a very satisfying takeaway experience with tasty food, good service, and excellent timing. We would happily return again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality Indian food.”
