  “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars Subject: Absolutely brilliant service from Bassy! 🙌 Went in yesterday and had such a lovely experience thanks to Bassy he was so friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond with such amazing hospitality. He made our whole visit so much better, was really attentive and just such a kind, great guy. Service like that really stands out and makes you want to come back!   “Absolutely incredible experience at Nando’s! Honestly, Bassey deserves the biggest recognition because he was genuinely one of the best members of staff I have ever come across. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He was so kind, respectful, friendly and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Bassey has such an amazing personality and positive energy. You can genuinely tell that he cares about people and takes pride in what he does. He made us feel so comfortable and valued, and completely changed the whole experience for the better. It’s rare to come across someone who is this naturally warm and helpful. If Nando’s had an award for the best member of staff, Bassey would honestly deserve it without a doubt! He is an absolute credit to the team and someone who should be recognised for the incredible service he provides. Thank you so much, Bassey, for making our visit so memorable.   “I don't often leave reviews, but Anwar at the Galaxy Centre Nando's absolutely deserves one. A few months ago, we wanted to take our two young children out for dinner. We'd previously had an experience at another Nando's where the wait for a table was well over an hour, so I called the Galaxy Centre branch before setting off. I was lucky enough to speak to Anwar, who kindly arranged a table at short notice and even held it for around 15 minutes (considering kids) while we made our way there. It turned what could have been a stressful evening into a lovely family meal. Yesterday we visited again and, by chance, Anwar was there. After we'd paid, our children immediately decided they wanted something different. Before the food had been prepared, Anwar happily amended the order without the slightest hesitation. Once again, he went out of his way to help. What really stood out is that I'm sure he didn't remember us from the first visit, which tells me this is simply how he treats everyone. He has a genuine smile, a welcoming manner and a level of customer service that's becoming increasingly rare. People are quick to leave reviews when something goes wrong, so it's only right to recognise someone who consistently gets it right. Anwar is an absolute credit to Nando's and a big reason we'll keep coming back. A genuine superstar.”

  “The food itself was great, but I’ve consistently noticed that it’s served warm instead of hot. The only real issue for me was the bottomless glasses and the Cutlery — they didn’t seem clean, and it left me questioning I’m unsure about how they’re cleaned or how long they’ve been in circulation how they’re washed or how long they’ve been in use. How how how. While I appreciate the service, the prices have risen and now feel a bit too high. This is Luton, not London, and I think looking after the local community should be a priority.”

  “I had a wonderful experience at Nando's. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, and the service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A special mention to Livius, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He really knows how to bond with customers and made us feel valued and comfortable throughout our visit. His positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you to the whole team for such a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”

  “Very disappointing experience at Nando’s in The Galaxy Centre today. We clearly told the staff we were fasting and needed our food at Iftar time, but they served it 25 minutes early and refused to hold it until iftar time. The staff were rude and showed no respect when we explained we couldn’t eat yet. Because we had no choice, we covered our food with another plate to try to keep it warm while waiting 25 minutes for Iftar When we finally ate at Iftar, the food was cold and the chicken was undercooked with blood inside. Very poor service and a waste of money. We will definitely not be coming back. If there was an option to give zero star I would give it unfortunately that option doesn’t exist, so I had to give one star.”

  “I was served stale food, including pita bread that was clearly not fresh, raising serious concerns about food quality and hygiene. When I raised this issue, the response from the staff was dismissive. I was told that “we defrost the food and serve it, so that is how it is,” after which the matter was ignored. This explanation is unacceptable and does not justify serving food that is stale and below standard. The manager on duty, Monica, handled the situation in a rude and reckless manner. Additionally, other customers complained about their chips, to which Monica openly stated that they were fried in old oil, and then walked away without addressing their concerns or offering any resolution. This behavior was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of concern for both customer service and food safety. Serving stale food, admitting to the use of old oil, and dismissing customer complaints pose potential health risks and are entirely inconsistent with Nando’s standards. This incident has significantly damaged my trust in the brand. I expect this matter to be investigated urgently and a clear response outlining the corrective actions taken. I also expect appropriate compensation or resolution for this unacceptable experience.”
