  “Complete rubbish and dishonest. Poor management who have no decision making capacity and have no understanding of customer service. Half way though our 2 meals, the Drinks were flat and no ice, when returned told machine is out of CO2, note no signs informing beforehand, then offered refund by another staff member to then be told oh you’ve eaten some of it so can’t. Simple solution was to offer a bottle of Pepsi in place for the 2 drinks. However had to argue with the manager to get my point across. Absolute rubbish service, this existing team is going to run this into the ground. . ..”

  “Very disappointed. The food tasted bitter and off. My Pepsi was completely flat, and when I asked for a bottle of water, I was given the wrong drinks and then tap water instead. The customer service was poor and unhelpful. I also wasn’t given a receipt or order number. Would not recommend.”
