Customer Review Summary
Pho itself draws the most praise, with diners singling out the flavourful, comforting broth in the steak pho and the beef brisket pho. Close behind are the wok fried noodles, where reviewers taste the wok flavour and find the chicken and prawns juicy. Chicken wings, veg spring rolls and veggie fried rice also earn mentions, the rice described as full of flavour and not greasy. Friendly staff and quick food come up repeatedly, though one reviewer found service slightly slow. Consistency is the recurring complaint. One regular says the soup is sometimes saltier than ever, the beef can arrive rare or well done, and there are sometimes too many green onions on top, while another found noodles clumped at the bottom of the bowl. Others call the tofu and veg rice bowl average, the Vietnamese coffee watery, and the food not authentic. One diner who returned an inedible dish says staff offered neither an alternative nor a refund, only the option to take it home. One reviewer found halal options limited, but staff made the broth with vegetable stock on request.

“Terrible customer service. I had to return a dish because It was inedible; they didn't offer an alternative or a refund, but instead told me the only thing they could do was let me take it home to eat. If it was inedible there, it certainly wouldn't have improved at home. But is it possible to recommend adding a sauce ti enhance the flavor?! A waste of money.”

“I agree that the portions are generous, but there’s nothing particularly authentic about the food. The Vietnamese coffee was watery and lacked flavour. This rice bowl bears little resemblance to a traditional Vietnamese dish. I’ve tried the pho here before and came away with the same impression.”

“The beef brisket pho was good, only problem was the noodles at the bottom were still clumped at the bottom. The broth was very tasty. The chicken wings were very tasty and a great portion size. The wok fried noodles were also great and had a nice portions size, you would really taste the wok flavour and the chicken and prawns were very juicy and not dry”

“Had the veggie fried rice and really enjoyed it. Full of flavour, cooked well, and not greasy at all. Portion was good and it came out nice and hot. Would happily order it again.”

“Pho London is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. If you’re unable to dine-in, you can click & collect your order, or find us on Deliveroo. We look forward ...”
