  “Dined here today with the wife and tried out the Saute Combo for the first time and it was phenomenal. The service by nasrutdin was spectacular. We ordered a half chicken on top and he informed us the platter was very big and usually shared between the 3. His information helped us and allowed us not to waste food. Service was 10/10. Will be coming back”

  “Unfortunately, my recent experience at Sahara Grill Leyton was far from satisfactory. Ridwan, one of the staff members, was unprofessional and came across as arrogant throughout my visit. There was a long delay with my order, and when I asked for an update, his response was rude rather than helpful. Staff behaviour plays a big role in the overall customer experience, and this interaction has made me think twice about returning. Management should ensure that all employees are properly trained in customer service and understand the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. I also hope the management takes the necessary action regarding staff members such as Ridwan so that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience in the future. Good food and service should always go hand in hand.”

  “I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was amazing and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The service was also excellent. The waiter Anas was very friendly, caring, and attentive throughout the whole visit. He made sure we were comfortable and gave us the best service.   “Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The food was outstanding, very fresh and delicious . We had the chicken sautéed platter served with rice and chips, along with a fresh Greek salad. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Anas was attentive without being intrusive, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided excellent customer service. His professionalism and positive attitude made our visit even more enjoyable, and I would like the owners to know what a great job he is doing. A special mention goes to Rizwan, who clearly oversees everything with great care and attention. He was actively making sure everything ran smoothly, checking that customers were happy, and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. His dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out and added a personal touch to the experience. As a lovely finishing touch, we were given a little chocolate treat at the end of our meal, which was a thoughtful gesture and a perfect way to end a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended for both the delicious food and the exceptional service. We’ll definitely be returning!♥️”

  “This restaurant gives you the "being welcome" feeling from the first second. The servers are so very kind and Aqib was very attentive and simply a friendly person that you love having a quick chat with. The food was also out of this world, the spices and the flavours were something, I have not experienced often. If you are in the Leyton area, you are missing out if you didn't eat here. Absolute recommendation.”

  “Sahara Grill has a great atmosphere, lovely decor, and excellent customer service—plus a cool robot server—but because the chicken steak and half chicken were so dry and lacked flavor, it wasn't worth the price; if you're looking for better-tasting chicken, you're honestly better off going to Nando’s or Franzos.”

  “One star for good customer service and one star for the dynamite shrimps! Other than that I wouldn’t recommend it. Chicken steak was dry, chips were cold. The staff was very welcoming, went on a Saturday night it was quiet and not busy at all. Very overrated and overpriced.”
