About Lokma Westfield
Lokma Westfield is a Turkish restaurant inside the Westfield mall in Stratford, London. It pairs a shisha lounge with an event space for up to 250 guests, so large parties can book in live music, a magician and belly dancing. The menu starts with sigara borek and moves on to Adana lamb kebabs and sea bass served with a salad and dressing, with shared platters for the table. Groups can book the upper floor, which has its own spacious dining room. The restaurant is open daily.

Customer Review Summary
Table service is what reviewers raise most, with several describing servers and a manager as attentive and friendly, and one diner crediting a server for steering them to Adana lamb and chicken shish. Grilled dishes follow close behind. The Adana, kebabs and shared platters earn praise, and the sea bass is called a highlight, though one diner found the bones left the flesh bland. Others mention chicken wings, calamari, sigara borek, Turkish tea and cocktails, and the bottomless brunch wine is described as flowing steadily. The complaints are specific. One reviewer found the lamb dish tough, another had lamb chops lacking taste and freshness, and a group of ten upstairs had to go downstairs to ask for drinks and starters before service improved. Others mention loud music late in the evening, a service charge, only carton orange juice, and plates cleared too quickly. The lamb chops were replaced with salmon free of charge, and one family describes a surprise magician performance their kids loved.

“Absolutely incredible experience at Lokma! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Efsa. Efsa provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She noticed every little detail and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always checked in at just the right time without being intrusive. Her friendly personality and professionalism made us feel so welcome from start to finish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, but it was Efsa’s exceptional service that really stood out. Staff like her are hard to come by, and she’s a real credit to Lokma. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more highly. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Efsa, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Efsa, for making our evening so special!”

“Our first dining experience at Lokma was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were looked after by lovely Efsa, who was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional, making us feel truly welcome throughout our visit. The food was halal, delicious, and the meat was cooked to perfection. The best part was the surprise magic performance by the magician the kids absolutely loved it, and it made the whole experience even more special. It was such a fun and memorable moment for the entire family. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be visiting again soon. Highly recommended!”

“We were a group of 10 people and booked the upper floor at Lokma. Initially service was very slow and we were having to come down every time to ask for drinks or water or starters. Eventually when orders were taken service became much better and waiters were quote attention. Loved the shared platters and salad. Turkish tea was great too. Only thing they can improve on is serving more fresh juice (they only had orange juice). I have such fond memories of fresh juices from Turkey like pomegranate and turnip, but, here it's just from a carton. The floor was spacious and infact tje whole restaurant felt rather spacious and toilets were clean.”

“Our server was excellent, I really regret not catching her name, but she was so good at her job and super attentive. I went with my family around 7pm and it was moderately busy. Only thing is that my experience was dulled a little by the loudness of their sound system especially near the end of the night, and also their incredible sea bass dish was difficult to eat because of the bones. Now you may think it’s alright - you can handle bones - but all of the flavour is cooked on the side that needs to be removed due to the bones, leaving quite a bland fish behind. Though the flavour was spectacular from what I could salvage from the skin. However, the dressing for the sizeable salad that came with the fish was incredible and I don’t usually care for dressing but I enjoyed it! Regardless, their kebabs were amazing, I think they may have forgotten a rice side of mine, but I over-ordered anyway so I didn’t bother to let them know. Their bathroom was kept clean and tucked away upstairs, but I didn’t notice any lift so it may not be accessible I’m not too sure though. The decor is lively and bright, but still maintains that dim dinner vibe which I personally prefer. Just from personal experience, I didn’t enjoy the lamb dish so much as it was overly tough to chew through. Experience was amazing though, the staff really are amazing and the food was delicious overall.”

“The restaurant was clean, tidy, hygienic, spacious, big, huge, comfortable, vibrant and colourful which is perfect if you want to sit in something nice. The staff were friendly, honest, polite, respectful, understanding, sociable, supportive, helpful, well mannered and professional. The food was good such as chicken wings, calamari, sigara borek and soft drinks were good although lamb chops were not up to standard with taste and freshness which is not good they need to fix immediately although they replaced with salmon free of charge. The price for all meals cost me £76.95 including service charge and if is something you don’t like then just be aware of it, I know it is part of some restaurants and cafes although I think it should not be part of it.”
