  “Absolutely amazing place. My family and I are visiting from Canada, and we decided to visit this place for dessert. Faizal and Shahid were very attentive, fast, and polite. The food itself was amazing- we had their waffle (im forgetting the exact one), and it was served hot and fresh, with a crispy outside and a soft inside. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who chooses to visit London.”

  “This is my first time visiting London, and this shop appearance looked really cute I decided to try it and I was not disappointed! I had the chocolate fudge ice cream on a cone and it was delicious. The customer service was also very welcoming.”

  “Our family had the most delightful afternoon at Creams Cafe, Marble Arch. We were attended to by two gentlemen, Faisal and Jaffer, whose professionalism and grace were quite extraordinary. The establishment itself was immaculate and most welcoming, a testament to their evident care and attention. Faisal prepared our order with remarkable courtesy and his customer service was impeccable throughout. Jaffer, however, was truly the highlight. His warm manner, keen attentiveness, and natural charm ensured our entire visit was thoroughly pleasant. He anticipated our every need with quiet efficiency, engaged so wonderfully with our children that they were completely at ease, and his good humour and kindness elevated the whole experience beyond expectation. He has a rare gift for hospitality. As for the desserts, they were nothing short of spectacular. We indulged in a beautifully presented chocolate crêpe, lavishly drizzled and crowned with chocolate curls; a warm cookie dough served with a generous scoop of ice cream, white chocolate shavings and a signature Creams wafer; and a decadent waffle adorned with fresh strawberries, rich chocolate sauce and a side of soft serve. Each dish was exquisite, both in presentation and taste. They operate as a splendid team, and their warmth transformed a simple family outing into a truly memorable occasion. We shall not hesitate to recommend both Faisal and Jaffer, and Creams Café Marble Arch, to all. A most charming visit.”

  “The desserts here are incredible and exactly the "vibe" you want for a sweet treat. The sundae was loaded with toppings and perfectly presented also we ordered shake and also cookie dough . A huge thank you to “”Faizal and Khushi “”for the amazing service! They were both so nice and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a 10/10 visit!”

  “Had a lovely late night treat with my daughter. Strawberry banana crepe was very yummy. I was less thrilled about the mango smoothie, but I think it would’ve hit the spot if the weather was hot. The smoothie was lighter than I was expecting (in Canada it would be considered a slushie but less sugary… which I appreciated) but it wasn’t bad. The service was really good and everyone was friendly.”

  “The service was very impressive. We stopped by on Thursday January 8th around 2pm & the young gentleman not only served the food but was also kind in his treatment of our family at the establishment. The food is well presented and was incredibly delicious”
