Customer Review Summary
Ramen is what reviewers return to most, and the signature tonkotsu draws the most detail. One diner recommends the Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen as delicious and very filling but not too heavy or salty, while another calls the tonkotsu rich, flavorful and perfectly balanced. A regular says the ramen was even better than on a previous visit, and a first-time visitor noticed a different kick with a little sweetness in every bite. Close behind is the service, which several describe as warm, friendly and helpful, with staff who greet people on arrival and bring orders quickly. Sides also earn mentions, including a comforting katsu curry packed with flavour, crispy pumpkin croquettes and a chicken and wakame salad. A few reviewers add that the food is good value and the cozy room suits solo diners and groups. One parent ordered two types of ramen, loved the yuzu tea, and says their daughter loved the yuzu soda.

“I seach for places to dine near my hotel and this was the nearest and easy to locate. The moment I entered the shop I was greeted with enthusiasm. This is my first meal upon arrival from a long trip from the Philippines. The food didn’t disappoint I had a different experience with the ramen it has a different kick not sure if its the ginger like ingredient with a lil sweetness in every bite. Pasta was cooked right as requested. Mark was spot on in his customer service skills. From the moment I stepped in the store, his warm greetings, taking my order and had a lil chit chat which warms up my feeling being a first timer in this city. He also asked feedback regarding the food and service. I highly recommend this place not just because of its proximity and food but more importantly the level of customer service. I worked in customer service industry in the past and now in quality and control so pretty much I can easily spot if something is said and done out of compliance like a tick box. I had a great experience engaging with Mark.”
