Customer Review Summary

Diners single out the chorizo pizza and pasta as standout dishes, with several also praising the raspberry drinks and pasta crisps. The atmosphere is repeatedly described as warm and inviting, and many highlight attentive, friendly service from the staff. A recurring caveat is slow service, with multiple reviewers noting long waits for food or seating, even with reservations, and one describing a risotto drowned in oil and burnt salmon. One diner also reports confusion over table availability and delayed billing. Several suggest the food justifies the wait, and one mentions a remade order.

The ambiance is so good. The food is good quality and such a good price. It was my bday and the ladies Evelina, Karolina and Bandha are so kind, welcoming and made my bday extra special. Evalina especially showed outstanding service. Thank you. Will definitely come back again.

Good service, nice interior, but food quality and waiting time not so much. Had to wait 30 minutes for food on a Saturday 9PM, even though it was a relatively small restaurant. Although they kindly tell you this in advance before you are seated. Had a bad experience with the food however. I ordered a Pesto & Salmon Risotto, first time it came the risotto was drowning in oil. Sent it back, second time risotto came out okay but salmon was burnt to a crisp. Did not want to bother sending it back again. I could only taste burnt salmon skin when eating. Never had an issue ordering this at other locations, it was my first time at this particular location.

Excellent experience! I loved the chorizo pizza — it was delicious — and the raspberry drinks were the perfect complement, very refreshing. Chris provided amazing service, super friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back!

The food was great. All ingredients were of quality and the elaborations were really accurate. Our dishes were so tasty and had a good presentation. It's all slow food. Time of the service was not as quick, since we waited for 30 minutes, but the climax in the restaurant was good. Sometimes the A/C was turned on and it was cold inside. Definitely, the wait was worth 'cos we were all happy with the experience.

We had a very mixed experience visiting this Zizzi location. At first, we felt quite disappointed and frustrated with the staff. We had a reservation for 8:45 PM, but still had to wait around 20 minutes before being seated. There was also a queue of other guests, and there was no communication or updates from the staff at all. What made it more confusing was that only about 8 tables were occupied, while many others were empty and mostly dirty (we’ve attached photos). One staff member who was clearing tables was taking plates one by one, extremely slowly. It felt like either poor management or a lack of staff, and those who were working seemed slow and disorganized. Additionally, there was confusion at the end of our visit. We were given the bill and were ready to pay immediately, but the waiter walked away and didn’t seem to pay attention to us, which again made us wait unnecessarily. We only wanted to have a quick dinner. However, once we ordered the food, it was delicious as usual for this restaurant. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Overall, the food was great, but it feels like more attention should be given to management and organization.

Where the data comes from
Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
How it stays current
Every listing is re-checked on a recurring crawl, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
How it is ranked
Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
