  “Just came upon this place while walking and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. I had the chianti ragu pasta and it was divine. We came at a busy time, but we were able to get seated. Service was quick and staff were friendly (thank you Bardha!). We will definitely come back. Love this place!”

  “It took about 10 min to be seated despite the male employee noticing customers but ignoring them. The female employee was a bit more organized and attentive to the customers. A total of 40 min to order and get our meal. The Pinoli pizza was delicious. The Limoncello Basque was ok, cheesecake was a bit dry. The service was slow and there were only 2 employees waiting on tables when it was very busy. More staff is definitely needed. Many customers waited much longer. One table was served cold pizza and sent it back and then waited another 30min for their pizza. Forgotten about? It is interesting that when 2 young ladies dressed a little provocatively were seated right away and their ordered was taken right away and they were helped before others who were already seated and waiting. NOT good for business. Please hire appropriate staffing, especially during peak dinner hours. Also please pick a different play list, listening to the same techno/house beat with every song is draining.”

  “Good service, nice interior, but food quality and waiting time not so much. Had to wait 30 minutes for food on a Saturday 9PM, even though it was a relatively small restaurant. Although they kindly tell you this in advance before you are seated. Had a bad experience with the food however. I ordered a Pesto & Salmon Risotto, first time it came the risotto was drowning in oil. Sent it back, second time risotto came out okay but salmon was burnt to a crisp. Did not want to bother sending it back again. I could only taste burnt salmon skin when eating. Never had an issue ordering this at other locations, it was my first time at this particular location.”

  “The ambiance is so good. The food is good quality and such a good price. It was my bday and the ladies Evelina, Karolina and Bandha are so kind, welcoming and made my bday extra special. Evalina especially showed outstanding service. Thank you. Will definitely come back again.”

  “We had a lovely meal at Zizzi, made even better by our waiter, Isla. She was so understanding, kind, helpful, and caring throughout our visit. We were celebrating our mum’s birthday, and Isla went above and beyond by helping us prepare the surprise and singing Happy Birthday with us. She truly made the celebration so special and gave us a memory we’ll always cherish. Thank you, Isla, for your amazing service!”

  “We visited as a group of six and, despite the restaurant being very busy, we were welcomed and seated promptly by the lovely Karolina. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely looked after. Just a few minutes after we were seated, she came back to check that everyone was happy with their drinks and whether we needed anything else. It was an exceptionally hot day, so we really appreciated that she even made sure an air conditioning unit was positioned to keep us comfortable – such a thoughtful touch that made a real difference. Throughout the entire meal, Karolina regularly checked in on us without ever being intrusive, ensuring our food was all to our liking, our drinks were topped up, and that everyone at the table was enjoying themselves. Her level of care, professionalism, and kindness was exceptional, and it was clear that she genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience. We are so grateful for the outstanding service she provided. Karolina is an absolute credit to the team, and she made our visit truly memorable. We would happily return just to be looked after by her again. Thank you, Karolina!”

  “Not really much you can say. It's a Zizzi. Chain restaurant, if youve been in one you have been in any if them. We went in without a booking on a random Friday night. There were a few people in the it wasn't overly busy. We were seated quite quickly without issue. The food was reasonablly quick to arrive and tasted delicious. We both had pizza, no starters or sides, my partner had a non alcoholic drink and I had some red wine. The staff we spoke to were polite, friendly and helpful. The only nuisance was the menu was encouraging you to scan a QR code and order online. Thia would be fine if it recognised the table number we were sitting at! I eventually gave up and flagged down one of the staff members and when I explained the issue he wasn't at all surprised and offered to take our order himself.m - probably a recurring issue with the QR/online ordering system. Situated a few min walk from Earl's Coart tube station it is easy to get to. It is on a busy road so I wouldn't plan to drive there, but the close proximity of the tube means you wouldn't have to drive. Overall I would go back here again if staying in the neighbourhood again, and I certainly would have no issue visiting another Zizzi else where as the pizza really was nice.”

  “Raheem was amazing. He was running the whole restaurant pretty much solo. There was another female worker that looked like she should be helping but was not. I am not sure how he managed to do it and still be friendly and welcoming. You have a wonderful employee!”

  “21/06/2026 Christian, who was serving at the restaurant, is a polite gentleman and treated us with great respect. Good food can be found almost anywhere, but genuinely welcoming people like Christian are much harder to come across. His excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!”
