Customer Review Summary
Freshly made pasta anchors the praise, with the carbonara named most often as a favourite and dishes arriving only minutes after ordering. Close behind are the Italian meatballs, which one reviewer highly recommends and another finds just ok, along with a lasagna, a chicken margarita pizza rated 10/10 and a burrata starter. Cocktails also draw mentions, including a fantastic Aperol Spritz. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is called clean and kid friendly. Ordering by QR code at the table gets approval for its many ways to customise a dish. The caveats centre on the pasta. One reviewer found the red sauce sparse, another did not enjoy a chicken arrabiata, and a third doubted the carbonara matches what Turin, Milan or Naples would serve. Others wished the ciabatta came with butter, and one waited a few minutes to be seated. Several mention grated cheese added at the table to their liking.

“Absolutely gorgeous food. I had the pomodoro pasta (added chicken and extra cheese) while my mom had the carbonara (which she enjoyed), and had a portion of ciabatta bread each. The ciabatta could have been better if it came with butter, but other than than the food was 5/5. Food arrived only a few minutes after ordering thanks to the pasta being freshly made, and they add grated cheese on top at the table to your liking. Ordering is through a QR code on the table (with plenty of options to customise your food), but you have the option to go through staff too. Free WiFi is available too. Took a few minutes of waiting for staff to come and seat us, but that’s only because they were all busy as they are very attentive once seated. Not from round London but will definitely be somewhere to return to!”

“The service was amazing! You can order all by yourself and pay straight from your phone. The waiters we're really kind and the service was super fast. You have a lot of options to combine, from different types of pasta to sauces, so you can create the combination that fits you the best. Highly recommend the Italian Meatballs! They were amazing! Hopefully I'll come back soon”

“The food was excellent, especially the Carbonara, and the Aperol Spritz was fantastic. Everything was fresh and full of flavour. The restaurant was also very clean, including the restrooms, and I really liked the tidy and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I had a great impression of the restaurant. Nicla greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I arrived and was very friendly throughout my visit. All of the other staff were kind and welcoming as well. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.”

“Had a meal with my daughter, sharing a chicken margarita pizza and chicken arabiata. The pizza was 10/10 but didn't enjoy the pasta. Our server Nicla was attentive, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and stylish. Would recommend and visit again (albeit choosing a different pasta).”

“The vibe is welcoming and great! Very kid friendly! The red sauce on the pasta was a little sparse. I felt like it could have been better if there was a little more sauce. We also got the burrata sourdough starter! That was fantastic topped with some salt and pepper and it was to die for!!! The cocktails were delicious, nice blend of flavors, and you could feel the kick, but not the bite!”
