  “I’ve walked past this restaurant so many times while working nearby but never had the chance to go in. Today, I visited with my 6-year-old daughter, and I’m so glad we did. We had a fantastic experience. The food was amazing, the cocktails were delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to entertain my daughter and make her feel really special, which made the visit even more memorable. It was absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be returning whenever I get the chance. Highly recommended! ⭐️”

  “Sana S was not attentive at all (another waiter had to get our refills, remove plates, and get Sana so we could pay). At the end, she made us pull out our phones, PRESSED 5 stars herself (on my phone!), and told us to say that service was great—which it wasn’t. Food was fine though.”

  “I had a wonderful experience at Cafe Concetro. A special thank you to Ali, who provided outstanding service throughout my visit. He was incredibly respectful, attentive, and genuinely courteous, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The coffee and food were excellent, and Ali’s friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience even better. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Thank you, Ali, for your kindness and hospitality. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Cafe Concetro to others”

  “I visited this place on 30th of April as someone recommended this place. When i entered, they gave me the table straight but no one came to take my order. I called the waitress and requested to take my order. After serving the food, no one came to check back. they literally forgot after serving. I tried to call the waitress 03 to 04 times but no one was even looking at the table. I have to go by Myself to ask for the cheque. Even the manager has no clue about his caffe as the caffe was not that busy but still the customers are coming to reception to ask for their flat white and food what they ordered. The worst part came at the time of bill. I ordered food and dessert but they gave me 2 bills just to charge double dine-in charges. And when asked why, their lame excuse was that it’s THEIR SYSTEM 😒 it’s not about paying double, it’s about they know their location and that’s why they are charging double because they don’t care about their customers. if I can gave 0 star. I will happy to give them. Not recommended AT ALL.”

  “Food pricey (think nearly £20 for a sandwich) but OK. Service a bit miserable. Diet Coke at £5.35 served in a free promo Coke glass beyond cheap (but not cheap!). 13.5% added to the bill that includes a very scammy ‘Hospitality Excellence Contribution’, which one assumes is to pay for the staff training. For the service fee scam alone I wouldn’t recommend. EDIT: The management 'reached out' in their response to this reviewing asking what they could do to achieve five stars. Here's how: 1. Have more than two members of staff working during a busy lunch session (they'll be happier in their work and provide better service). 2. Don't charge £5.35 (+ 13.5% service) for a Diet Coke served in a naff free (for the business) glass. 3. Cut the 'Hospitality Excellence Contribution’ charge or be more transparent about what it is.”

  “Good food and value being able to redeem Fork yums (eventually). Service lacked warmth and attention to detail. Fire exit was blocked with an ice machine and toilet area was quite messy, you could see the staff changing rooms! The dodgy service charge policy put me off. Redeeming yums wasn’t easy and required asking staff 3 times. We booked but nobody asked us if we have done so when we arrived. Overall a pretty average place profiting from its prominent location.”

  “We were going to do some Christmas shopping in Harrods and Cafe Concerto was right across the street, so I decided we needed to fuel up in preparation for being dragged around each floor. The venue looked nice and visually appealing enough and at a quick glance the menu looked ok, so we asked for a table for 2. You’d have thought we asked for a table on the moon the way the small Italian looking waiter looked at us! My better half order the pasta with clams and I ordered chicken Milanese. The food didn’t taste too bad considering I think it was microwaved. We finished our meal and we were waiting almost 10 minutes to get the attention of the waiter, any waiter, to pay and eventually I had to raise my voice. A waiter came, but he said it was the short chap from earlier that was my waiter, but he would tell him. A few moments later he approached with the bill and there was a service tip included, taking the bill for 2 meals to almost £80! The restaurant is over priced because of its location and the food is pub-quality at best. I would recommend any shoppers to actually eat inside Harrods because it’s about the same price , only three times the quality! If you like food avoid, if you like expensive microwave meals, then enjoy!”

  “The desserts are very delicious, especially the cappuccino with rose flower syrup (I don’t remember the exact name, but it’s something quite fantastic 😊). The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy. Unfortunately, the attitude of the manager (or the person who seats the guests) leaves much to be desired — it feels like you owe them something. Also, considering the venue’s capacity, more staff is needed. We waited around 20 minutes for the coffee and dessert, and they were brought separately: first the coffee, which needs to be prepared, and then the dessert, which was already in the fridge, arrived another 5–10 minutes later.”
