  “Waiter named yasin I believe he was very kind and helpful and gave me compliments the whole night. I was very flattered and shall attend again! In addition Yasin was an excellent waiter—very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect and provided great service. Really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!”

  “The restaurant is just ok… average food, fake and terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this place, fake italian food. We ordered two dishes and started eating meanwhile a server came over to the next table for cleaning, he sprayed the cleaner on the table but the mist happened to land on our food. Of course how can anyone eat the food when cleaner is sprayed on it! We walked away from the place, barely got to eat the food. No offer from the restaurant to replace the dishes. Waste of money, will never be back, ended up eating McDonalds instead. Poor business practices and service. The price and food are not worth it. Go to other restaurants instead….”

  “I felt the restaurant's name is highly misleading. I went in expecting an authentic Italian dining experience, but the food did not resemble Italian cuisine at all. The 'pizza' was essentially flatbread with tomato paste and cheese, completely lacking traditional Italian techniques. It is clear that the kitchen team is not trained in Italian cooking, as the entire meal reflected an Indian style rather than Italian. If you are looking for authentic Italian food, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.”

  “We were walking past looking for somewhere for an evening meal and were met by a welcoming greeting. I’m glad we followed it up by entering this nice restaurant. The seating was a bit worn and dated but still comfortable. We shared a tasty garlic bread to start. I had a delicious salmon alla Griglia ( which the attentive and friendly waiter helped me pronounce) and my wife had spaghetti carbonara. We finished with a shared tiramisu al caffe. We drank a half bottle of Merlot . It was nice that when we had almost finished our wine toward the end of the meal the same attentive waiter topped up our glasses without us requesting it. So excellent service, lovely food and well worth the £70.84 for a super meal. We would happily visit again if we are in the area again.”

  “We ordered 3 dishes — gnocchi, ravioli, and a cold cut platter to share. The mains were average (5/10), with the cold cuts slightly better thanks to good cheese (5.5/10). Overall, it didn’t taste like authentic Italian cuisine. The place was quiet with few customers, and service was minimal — the waiter often disappeared to the corner or outside. If you’re just after something simple or craving pasta, it’s an okay option.”

  “Great local Italian restaurant right off Hyde Park. We had heard good things about this restaurant and decided to check it out as it was around the corner from our hotel. The food was excellent. I had the small clam spaghetti chefs recommendation and my wife had the veal. Both meals were excellent and we would recommend. We had a half bottle of the house white and it was good and worthwhile. It was fruity with a nice after. We had the tiramisu and it was a nice finish to the meal. Overall it was a great experience. Well done!”

  “The food was very good and served hot. The calzone was very large. The service was spotty; our waiter was outside on his phone when we were ready to order. We had to go back to the counter and ask for the bill long after our table had been cleared.”

  “We came here several times on our trip to London and it was great! Pizza, pastas, and salad all outstanding. Nice to have some comfort food when traveling. It's the service though, that makes this restaurant special. They make you feel like a regular, even if you only come in once. There are several other Italian restaurants on the same street, but this is the one. No reservations needed during the week anyway.”
