  “What a gem of a cafe! Very affordable cream tea / afternoon tea with good tea options (not just your regular breakfast or earl grey tea) and a luxurious selection of pastries. Bianca was a fantastic waitress, who made it really easy to relax, even though I usually feel a bit awkward to do small talk with waiters. I'm really fond of the Caffé Concerto style in general, with the beautiful flowery decor, golden embellishments and calm jazzy background music, so full points for the atmosphere as well!”

  “I visited this café/ restaurant couple of days ago... I ordered chicken escalope as a main dish and my mother ordered grilled salmon. Also we ordered drinks, I chose Nadacolada which I totally recommend.”

  “Very beautiful, staff is also very very kind:) That said the sweets are fine? Like they pass, they're cute for pictures but nothing special. Very sweet, a really good thing depending on who you are. Not my thing though. It's a fun place for a girls brunch but not like you're gonna order the cakes to go.”

  “Carmen at Kensington High Street restaurant was fantastic!!. She was very attentive, kind and explained everything She added to my cousin’s birthday experience. The food and drinks were delicious and also plentiful. I would definitely recommend this Restaurant.”

  “Dessert lover’s dream Their dessert display window caught my eye, so we went in to try some. The service was lovely. Their menu offered a wonderful variety of drinks and desserts thay all looked incredible, so it took us some time to finally decide on the pistachio honey cake paired with a mulberry matcha. It was absolutely divine. The cake was perfect and I was in awe. As a whole, the place was clean and organised. It’s also very spacious inside, which is ideal for anyone with accessibility limitations. If I ever get the chance, I will definitely visit again to try some of their other desserts.”

  “Mixed experience. The cake was delicious, but the cappuccino didn’t live up to expectations. Given the high prices, the taste and quality of the coffee should have been much better. Hopefully, they can improve their brew”

  “Stopped in here as a group of 5 and had a wonderful lunch here. We ordered the 3 pizza tower, the coronation chicken sandwich, crepes, and some desserts and everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed my Pimm’s cocktail as it paired great with my sandwich. Special thanks to our server Carmen as the service was especially great as well. We are planning to return again this week to have breakfast here.”

  “5-stars for mum’s fabulous 99th Birthday cake! It began with a delightful experience collecting mum’s cake from the High Street Ken’s Café Concerto’s helpful staff, and leaving with their kind birthday wishes. Café Concerto's Master Pâtissier's magical creation was a masterpiece of beauty and decadence with an absolutely divine taste. Our mouth-watering cake was loved and praised by all our family and guests, and most importantly the birthday girl herself who beamed with joy at every bite. We can't thank you all enough for the love and passion poured into the centrepiece of our party. Literally the icing on the cake for a special and memorable day celebrating 99 years of mum’s blessed life. Everyone is looking forward to the next inspired and delicious creation!”

  “We came in right at closing time and Shah checked with the staff to be sure they could accommodate us. They we gracious and courteous. We are thankful for Shah and the staff! Food was excellent and he even asked if we wanted desert before they sent it down. Top notch customer service and excellent food.”

  “We are visiting from the US and our hotel in Kinsington takes us past here going to and from the tube! We made 3 stops and the customer service and food were top notch every single visit. On our last evening were we running late to closing hours and Shah went above and beyond, he and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had the best Italian dinner and desert! The friendliness and service will be shared with everyone!”
