  “I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was cosy, calm, and spotless, creating a very relaxing environment. The location was convenient and easy to access, although there was no parking available. The restaurant was also wheelchair accessible, which was a great advantage. The staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The starter was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. All the ingredients were of excellent quality and very fresh, and the dishes were prepared according to the customer's preferences. Everything was beautifully seasoned with a wonderful aroma and taste. The portion sizes were generous, and the desserts were absolutely delicious. Overall, it was an excellent dining experience, and I would happily recommend this restaurant to anyone.”

  “Wow, what an incredible restaurant! This is Italian food of the absolute highest quality with superb preparation and beautifully thought-out dishes. To start, we ordered the calamari and zucchini appetizer, which we paired with an Aperol Spritz, a beer, and a peach prosecco. For our mains, we had a delicious, incredible seafood risotto and a pasta dish with eggplant and artichoke that was, without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted. While the food is phenomenal, the absolute best part and the reason I would return a thousand times over, was the service. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Thais. She was constantly attentive, gave us excellent recommendations, brought the best energy, and was always smiling. I can confidently say she is the best waitress in London; we have never been looked after so well. A truly magnificent place!”

  “I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and would like to highlight the excellent service we received. From the moment we arrived, Thaís was absolutely amazing at the reception. She welcomed me and my family with great kindness and made us feel very comfortable and truly well taken care of. Thaís was extremely attentive throughout our visit, always making sure we had everything we needed. Her friendliness and professionalism made the whole experience even more special. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely makes guests feel so welcomed and valued. The service overall was excellent, and the food was also very delicious. We felt very comfortable and happy during our time there. It’s definitely a place I recommend, and I will certainly come back again.”

  “Very good pizza. The kitchen is good. They could really level up if they upgraded the furniture. Honestly if they used cloth napkins and table cloths they could increase prices 20%.”

  “Came here after the changing of the guard for lunch and the place gets slammed by the rush, but I can confirm the food came out lighting fast once ordered and the kitchen speed was amazing. Everything tasted great and portions were generous. Would recommend if looking for spot for lunch after seeing guards or the palace, but make sure to make a reservation.”

  “I don’t typically leave negative reviews unless I feel it’s helpful for constructive feedback. This was my first time dining here, and overall, the experience was okay. The server was friendly and welcoming. We did have to wait a bit longer than expected for our food, but I understand it can get busy. We ordered bread with a side of olive oil and balsamic vinegar; however, the bread was cold and stale, making it quite difficult to chew. Perhaps that’s the intended preparation, but it didn’t meet our expectations. On a positive note, the carbonara pasta was delicious, and the server added fresh cheese on top, which was a nice touch. I reminded our server that we had also ordered tiramisu, but unfortunately, it never arrived. After waiting 20–30 minutes for the check, we eventually went to the front to settle the bill. I mentioned the missing dessert to the gentleman at the desk, who was very apologetic and sincere. He did not charge us the dessert from our bill, which I appreciated. While the visit had some highs and lows, I understand that restaurants can face busy periods. I hope to see improvements in service consistency should I decide to return.”

  “Nice ambience. We didn't have a booking but they managed to give us a table. Veal cotlet was nice, I would have preferred abit more salt in the veal. Risotto was nice, also needed some salt and lemon. Some of the mussels had crunchy bits in it which is basically because it wasn't cleaned properly. Overall, nice experience and good food. Calamari was nice. Chicken ceaser salad was good but the portion is too little for the price paid, comparing to prices of other dishes that has more ingredients in it than just lettuce and chicken.”

  “Had dinner twice here while on business. Service is hands down excellent. Cozy space so a bit noisy but not terrible. Was a warm spell while there so fortunately they had fans to keep the air moving. Excellent menu - the food was good. Carbonara was great and the bread plate was very filling. The Caesar salad was excellent in my opinion.”
