“Had been meaning to visit this lovely looking pub for a while. Recently went in for a drink with a friend and had a very unpleasant experience with a member of staff. She rudely told us we had to leave due an open can in my bag which we were happy to dispose of the moment she said. We had both just purchased a drink at the bar not even 10 minutes before and felt dismayed at the fact we were being kicked out for such a minor issue. Perhaps this was just a misunderstanding but was overall a rather hostile experience from this member of staff that put a damper on an otherwise really nice evening. :(”

“Such a popular pub and it’s obvious why. Delicious cocktail offering and fabulous wine selection - don’t know of many pubs that offer cremant or English sparkling :) also had one of their pizzas and garlic bread which were fabulous. Lovely, friendly staff who cope very well under the pressure of a busy pub”
