Customer Review Summary
Drinks draw the most praise. One reviewer calls the Stella on a different level, and another repeats a patron's claim that the Guinness is the best in London. A baileys coffee delivered to the table made one group feel like they were having afternoon tea. Karaoke on Wednesday and Sunday evenings gets a fun, vibrant reception, with a bit of room for dancing. Food earns praise too, especially the Big Breakfast, served hot in generous portions, and a few describe friendly, welcoming service near St Pancras. Service is also where the sharpest complaints sit. Two reviewers say staff pressed guests over not ordering a drink, one while a friend waited at an empty outside table, the other after a pregnant sister was asked to leave for not drinking a beer. Another diner describes staff walking off mid-payment and refusing a receipt, then a long wait for a bacon cheeseburger that arrived first as a chicken burger and then as a beef burger with no bacon.

“Should have read the reviews before coming here. Do not come here if you are a woman. My friend was approached by a man who proceeded to shame her for what she was wearing (shorts on a hot summer’s day) followed by him calling her a tramp. This was witnessed by the staff who did nothing to help the situation. Many reviews suggest other woman have felt unsafe here. We drank out drink as fast as we could and left. Would never return.”

“Amazing customer service! Jackson went above and beyond to create a delicious baileys coffee experience and even delivered it to our table. We felt like we were having a posh afternoon tea! Great drinks , great food and great staff! lots of fun on karaoke Wednesdays and Sundays! Get yourself down the millers, King’s Cross!!”

“Completely disgraceful customer service. Rude discriminatory owner. Kicked my pregnant sister out for not drinking a beer?!? Avoid this place if you expect to be treated with even the most basic level of respect”

“I am from the USA and yes we do have Stella there, but this Stella was on a different level!! Now I understand the Pub culture in England”
