About The London Pub
The London Pub is a pub in London at 39 Woburn Pl, set in the same building as the Royal National Hotel in Bloomsbury. Screens indoors and outdoors show live sports, so match days can be followed from whichever area you choose. The kitchen cooks classic British dishes, from small plates to sharers, including fish and chips and roast beef with a large Yorkshire pudding. At the bar, several beers are on tap, among them Beaverton Neck Oil IPA, alongside craft beers and ales. Dogs are welcome, so visitors can bring their own along.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the beef dinner, with the Sunday roast and a massive Yorkshire pudding singled out. Close behind, fish and chips arrives hot and fresh, and the beer is cold, with one reviewer calling Neck Oil IPA smooth. Several describe quick service, including a large group whose orders came out correct and on time and a solo diner served within minutes. Several also mention the convenience of being in the same building as the Royal National Hotel, and one finds it not too loud for a pub. The complaints are narrower. One couple found the sirloin full of gristle and the risotto watery and bland, though they thought the burgers at the next table looked fantastic. Another reviewer found service a little slow when packed, the outdoor seating freezing despite heaters, and the staff not the friendliest. Still, one party with a vegetarian was given a plate of just vegetables plus an extra Yorkshire pudding to make up for the meat.

“Sunday roast beef was amazing, had a vegetarian in the party and they were able to do a plate of just the vegetables and added an extra Yorkshire pudding to make up for the meat. Phil was an excellent server.”

“Unlike the other reviews, I was probably just lucky. Everything went really well for me. The waitress came over quickly, took my order, and within 5–10 minutes I’d got my drink and my meal. I was out on my own, which isn’t always looked upon favourably, but I was very satisfied and would happily go back.”
