  “I love Nando's restaurant. It is almost like a ceremonial ritual when we go there as a family or with friends. You are warmly welcomed and placed at a table before we select what we wanna eat and note the table number. Then, we go to the ordering desk, give our table number and order our food. We go back to our table and prep it (washing our hands, filling up our glasses, setting cutlery, napkins and sauces) before the magic happens. It is usually a tad bit noisy around, but all is clean, food is tasty, staff is awesome and more importantly, people genuinely seem to have a good time. Thanks to the chef and staff.”

  “I ordered a delivery for dinner the other night I’m currently throwing up everywhere with food poisoning due to eating the chicken didn’t realise until I was halfway through my chicken that it was raw tried to contact the store and nobody answered the phone really disappointed”

  “Greeted and sat down by Charlie i think her name was, such a big friendly smile and happy voice. Food for 3 of us we had butterfly chicken, 2 different chips, mash, gravy and coleslaw. It was gorgeous and filling, well presented, and all looked like the photos. Charlie our server and the lovely manager Ryan came to see if we needed anything and if our food was to our taste. Charlie recommended our puddings and Nandos didn't disappoint. We had hot brownie cake with ganache, topped with ice cream. 👌👌👌. The new "pepper system" nandos have if you scan the card you can get free food. No complaints at all, from us, thankyou for a lovely experience Ryan and Charlie x”

  “Just popped in for lunch at Nando’s, I had Half Roast Chicken(m) with fries and peas , my wife had Spicy Rice Bowl with Chicken Breast, so sorry No pictures I was hungry, but they would have been the same as the menu pictures, All the Staff were polite, efficient ,very helpful and friendly, Especially Tom our table sever who helped us download the App, and the Manager ? Sorry didn’t get your name who came over to see if we had enjoyed our meal and offers to top up our drinks, Thank you, on leaving staff we’re all very polite.👍 Food was fantastic and very tasty, will definitely call again 👍🤩👍🤩”

  “We love it here! The staff are always professional, attentive and hard working and the food is spot on. We visited yesterday at around tea time and, with it being peak hour, it was very busy so we were worried we would have a long wait. To our surprise we were accommodated quickly and efficiently. We were shown to our table by a fantastic staff member called Ryan, who couldn’t do enough for us. He made sure the seating arrangement was comfortable, especially with our big double pram to fit alongside our family of 5, and even brought a high chair over to the table without us having to ask. From the second we arrived we felt looked after, and left thoroughly satisfied. Ryan is a credit to your team, he didn’t stop attending to the customers needs for the duration of our stay and always did so with a warm smile. Thank you!”

  “Popped into Nando’s and really enjoyed my meal. I had the chicken wrap with peri-peri chips and spicy rice everything was cooked just right. The chicken was juicy, the chips were nice and crispy with loads of flavour, and the rice had a little kick without being too hot. Staff were friendly, food came out quickly, and the place had a nice atmosphere. Can’t really go wrong here always hits the spot.”

  “Me and my partner visited Nandos for a meal together whilst visiting the retail park. As the Nandos is based on a retail park there is plenty of parking available, including disabled parking outside. There are also plenty of shops and even some activities you can do during your visit. When we arrived we were seated immediately. We visited around 3pm so we were alittle early for the tea time rush, it was very quiet at this time. We were asked if we had been before and were given the option to order at the till or scan a QR code to order. I honestly prefer ordering at the till but we used the QR code to see how easy it was and it was very straight forward! The QR code brings up the menu and you just add to your basket what you want. You have to place your table number in and then pay. Nice and simple. The food arrived very quickly and was hot when it arrived, nice and fresh. I love how you can personalize how spicy you want your dish to me. My partner would still like something more spicy! The food was delicious and relatively healthy too. The restaurant was clean and the toilets were relatively clean too, just some tissue on the ground. There were alot of staff member and they even had some training happening during the time we were eating but this was also kept out of the way. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.”

  “Went for a cheeky nandos with the mandem. Got there and were seated instantly. Covid-19 arrangements seemed good although a few staff were not wearing masks. Food was reasonably priced, staff obeyed our requests, food was served quickly and the chicken was very nice. 10 hot wings with piri piri fries and garlic bread is an amazing combination that i definitely reccomend you try if you go to this particular nandos location or indeed any other nandos in the world. overall i rate it 16/10 good job guys”
