  “About as bad as it gets. Do Not stay here, you will not sleep with the all night/all morning partying. The worst night sleep you could imagine at your expense, think 2am partying under your bed. Pay extra and stay elsewhere for your sanity”

  “What a legendary boozer. Tidy inside, very warm welcome from the landlady and the blokes sitting in there. Best of all pints of Carling are only £2.50 when i was in there (Wednesday) - can't go wrong! Update: they have rooms here so stayed the night for work, the rooms are spot on, even better when you can just go straigh from the bar to bed. Make sure you book direct and not through booking.com as they take a massive slice of the cash.”

  “Stayed here last two nights having stayed a couple of times before. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Fran, Ken and all their staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel very much at home. The breakfast is excellent and I thoroughly recommend the full English as all the products are fresh and high quality. Strongly recommend this B&B which offers great value for money. I will be returning and already booked for several stays throughout the year.!!”
