About Crema Lisburn
Crema Lisburn is a coffee shop at 46-48 Market Square in Lisburn, open daily. The brunch menu includes eggs Benedict and loaded fries, and the kitchen prepares its food on the day. Mauds ice cream is served alongside tray bakes and desserts, which gives the counter a sweet side to match the savoury plates. Toasted sandwiches are on the menu, and gluten free bread and toast are available. Coffee and tea are both served by the pot. Staff seat guests when they arrive.

Customer Review Summary
Pancakes are the dish diners mention most, described as super fluffy and filling, and one child loved his. Loaded fries, strong coffee and carrot cake also draw praise, and several describe large portions and a varied brunch menu. Staff split opinion. Some call them friendly and polite, while others report an abrupt greeting at the counter and one describes a server's attitude as outrageous. One reviewer says the food took far too long on a busy day and the waitress brushed off their complaint. Food misses include underdone eggs Benedict, a takeaway toasted sandwich with bread and cheese so hard it could barely be bitten, and a slim pastry and ice cream selection with no milkshake. One reviewer reports being served mouldy toasted gluten free bread and received a refund. Another found the toilets without tissue and with a full bin. One reviewer suggests sharing a single pot of tea among three cups. Even so, a delayed lunch ended with a free cinnamon bun, and a mistaken dish was fixed with a little extra.

“Staff were friendly and helpful, good atmosphere and people. However, I ordered a toasted sandwich and took away. Whenever I went to eat it, I couldn’t even bite through it, then I tried pulling it with my hands I could barely break the bread coated with hard cheese. This toasted sandwich bread is so extremely hard a knife could barely stab it as the cheese and bread form an impenetrable layer. I don’t know how a child or elderly person could even touch it. This was a shame as the filling was really good and tasty. A bit on expensive side of 9.50£ but a lot of filling.”

“Great food menu, but I was disappointed that the ice cream section was all off and there was no milkshake for my wee boy. But he loved his pancake. Also, the pastries were a very slim selection. It used to be full and there was so much ice cream to select from not what i remember it was like and we drove a bit to get out for a treat. We went there because my son wanted a milkshake and my husband and I wanted some brunch. My husband did enjoy his loaded fries a lot, but the eggs Benedict were a little underdone for my liking. Other than that, the brunch menu is very good. The toilets could be a lot cleaner. There was no tissue paper and the bin was full, which wasn't pleasant to go into. Staff need to check the bathroom more, I think.”

“Great food. Large portions, at least by my standards. A little on the pricey side to be honest. A tip: if you are having tea one pot is more than enough for three cups and it'll save you money to have one tea but three cups, assuming that this is allowed. Varied selection on the menu and friendly staff make this an excellent cafe. I'd visit again. Recommended!”
