About Toc Toc Coffee & More Belfast

Toc Toc Coffee & More Belfast is a small coffee shop in Belfast, open daily at 235 Lisburn Rd. The kitchen pairs Middle Eastern plates with café staples. Kunefe arrives warm with ice cream for the sweet end of a visit, and the Middle Eastern mix plate brings olives, cheese and hummus with grilled sourdough for a savoury order. Crepes come sweet or savoury, including a goats cheese, walnut and caramelised onion version, and an all day breakfast menu runs alongside fresh sandwiches. Coffee is served to the table, with speciality tea, dirty chai lattes, milkshakes, smoothies and fresh juices also on offer. Cheesecakes in pistachio, Bueno and blueberry flavours join the ice cream desserts. The cafe is open late for anyone after something sweet in the evening.

Customer Review Summary

Kunefe is the dessert reviewers raise most, described as warm and sweet, with one suggesting it with ice cream and another praising the home-made version. Cheesecakes come close behind, including pistachio, Bueno and blueberry, and one reviewer calls it the lightest and fluffiest they have tried. Others name the dirty chai latte, fresh mango juice, Turkish eggs, a goats cheese, walnut and caramelised onion crepe, the acai bowl, and a mixed plate of olives, cheese and hummus with grilled sourdough, which one reviewer says could feed two. Staff are repeatedly called warm, friendly and kind, and several like the atmosphere for chatting with friends or family. The caveats are small. One reviewer finds it pricey despite the generous portions, and another says the door is sometimes wedged open on a cold evening, so they wrap up well. One regular notes that a single coffee is always served to the table and that they are still made to feel welcome.

“* Food: I visited with a friend and we ordered two dirty chai lattes and two cheesecakes. Everything was delicious! The dirty chai lattes were perfect, and the cheesecakes—one pistachio and one Bueno—were amazing! *Service: The lady who served us was so adorable, polite, and professional. *Atmosphere: The coffee shop is the perfect size, very cute, and beautiful. Overall:We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back, especially for the dirty chai lattes!”

“We’ve been to Toc Toc Cafe about 4–5 times now, and it just keeps getting better every visit! We originally came for the kunefe, and wow… it is absolutely delicious—perfectly warm, sweet, and indulgent every single time. Since then, we’ve tried more of the menu, including the Turkish eggs and the savory crepes, and both were amazing. You can really tell there’s care put into every dish. What makes this place even more special is the variety—they’ve got everything from fresh juices and smoothies to ice creams and beautifully made desserts. There’s always something new to try! Honestly, it feels like a hidden gem. Great food, great selection, and a place we keep coming back to. Highly recommend!”

“Had a great experience! Came here at 10:30pm and the staff was lovely. The man who served us was very kind and the desserts were very delicious. Loved the balanced sweet! I had a cookie dough and my husband had a blueberry cheesecake. Both of them were great. Cute vibe too”

“My family and I love this cafe and we come here every couple of weeks. One of my children is vegetarian so it's great to have a cafe with amazing food who also have great vegetarian options too. We've tried almost everything on the menu now and everything is so delicious, it's presentation beautiful....their chef is brilliant. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. I especially like the goats cheese, walnut and carmalised onion crepe and the middle Eastern mix ...especially the olives, cheese and hummus with light grilled sour dough bread. I've also had the acai bowl ...which is the best one we've ever had ! The desserts are incredible too ...the cheesecake is the lightesr and fluffiest We've ever tried (we didn't even know it was possible !) Definitely recommend this little hidden gem !”
