Quick info
About Sinnamon Coffee
Stew and wheaten bread sits on the menu alongside the coffee at Sinnamon Coffee, a coffee shop on Stranmillis Road in Belfast, which puts a hot traditional plate within reach of anyone stopping in for a Latte. The kitchen runs to around 19 items, covering breakfast and brunch through to paninis, soup and sandwiches, and traybakes are sold at the counter, including an Aero Traybake. Service works on a walk-in basis, with orders placed at the counter rather than booked ahead. Tables outside give the option of eating in the open air, while takeaway and delivery suit anyone eating off site. A step-free entrance means visitors with mobility needs can get in without help. The doors open daily.

Customer Review Summary
Coffee is the draw reviewers return to first, with one describing a straight americano as the best they had had in ages and noting they came back with their wife two days running purely for it. Others simply call the coffee really nice or fantastic, and several suggest taking a seat outside on a warm day to watch people pass. Food praise clusters around lunch, with one group recommending the lentil and veg soup, the tuna panini and the pancake stack after an Easter visit, and others singling it out as a spot for breakfast and brunch. Staff draw repeated warmth, described as friendly and welcoming, though one reviewer waited a long time to be served despite no queue and felt customers went unacknowledged. Two traybakes arrived stale for one visitor, and another rated a bacon, cranberry and brie panini with an Aero traybake as middling. One regular says the place feels like stepping back into the 90s.

“Quite simply, the coffee from this place is the best coffee that I've had in ages. I had a simple straight americano and you can actually taste the coffee as being good quality and it gives you that proper coffee, taste and caffeine hit. I like the place so much. I came back and visited with my wife for the second time in 2 days purely because the coffee was so damn good. Highly recommend sitting outside on a warm day and watching all the people go past. One of the nicest little coffee shops I've had the pleasure to go to.”

“Just wow! I have never seen service like it I’m not even joking the blonde girl aurora always serves me and genuinely my day is always made better. I can’t put in to words the positive vibe she brings, but I can say I everyone visiting Ireland should start in sinnamon!”

How this listing is sourced
- Where the data comes from
- Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
- How it stays current
- Listings are re-checked in batches against their public profile, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
- How it is ranked
- Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
