  “Busy Friday evening but Kai our server was incredible! Kept an eye on us and even gave us an extra sweet treat with our large order. Thank you for a lovely meal!”

  “We have visited several Nando's over the years, however I have to say this one has been the best so far! The chicken tasted really fresh and cooked to perfection . A big thanks to the staff who were really attentive and friendly . I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a perfect meal.”

  “Absolutely the worst Nando's I've ever experienced. Staff don't acknowledge customers exist and when you do manage to get a table and eventually order it takes 15mins to be told that they have run out of chicken. Took just over 45mins from entering to leaving with a refund. Jokers need retraining or manager sacking for allowing such service, even in a low end fast food joint.”

  “The food is good here. However, we rang up to book a table and was told they don’t take bookings for parties of two only larger parties. We arrived later that evening to get seated and was told it would be a half an hour wait. We noticed the host sheet on display only had bookings of 1 or 2 for different times throughout the evening, all crossed out so had obviously been seated. We were never offered by the hosts to be seated outside either, however, whilst waiting the half an hour for a table to be available we watched multiple parties walk in and then be seated by the same hosts outside.”

  “been to this nando’s before when i was younger and visiting lincoln, gave it another go today on our trip! great food, which came out quickly considering they were pretty busy. definitely felt like we were being rushed throughout our meal however, we were approached to be asked how our food was before it even came to the table, as well as 10 seconds after it had landed. i hadn’t even picked up my knife and fork yet! staff members did seem really nice though. water/ice machine was very much broken and overflowing during our trip, great that a wet floor sign was at hand. thankfully it didn’t malfunction for me!”

  “I have driven nearly 60 miles to get there. Because this restaurant is open until 23.00 hours on Friday. Most of them are closed at 22.00. Next to Nandos Restaurant there is a pay and park multi storey car park. So we can park the car and easily access it to the restaurant. I tried many Nandos Restaurants in different places. But this restaurant looks a bit quiet. So we can enjoy our food as much as we can. Service is also good. Food is also tasty.”

  “The food was excellent and quickly prepared. The waitstaff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jackson, the gentleman who served us—he made the entire experience even better for my friends and me. This was my second time here, and both visits have been marked by outstanding service and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend the All-in Platter for 2! Looking forward to coming back:)”

  “I've been dreading trying nados again for years.. when they first opened in London they were amazing.. sadly though that was a long time ago. My experience today was rather shocking.. how a great name can go to hell. I ordered the chicken buger.. was awful.. the papo secos, once fresh and large enough, soft and yummy are now tiny and made of rubber .. far too small for the huge piece of tasteless chicken ...the chips nasty and went cold fast and rubbery..my friend ordered the veg burger which was basically a slop of stuff that spread and fell out on picking it up from the plate...side sald with the grains was slapped together without care .. at least it's consistent. Nothing about the food resembles quality or care .. the restaurant itself was dirty and smelly as where the toilets. I felt instantly food poisoned and half hour later I'm on the toilet writing this very poor review. Avoid if you like to eat food.”

  “Hi ,just want to say that i had the worst experience ever in a Nando's in Lincoln Nando's after ordering a takeaway after 30 min of waiting i got my order. When i arrived home i open the meals to see on the top fresh wings about 5 and under those five where old cooked dried burned and reheated wings .plus i order a cob which was cooked only on one side and fresh other half. You shoud be ashamed of your service . Hope your manager read this review and take measures”
