“Had a lovely lunch and cocktails here, really tasty food, nice quirky place. Only downside is it was really loud, so it was difficult to have a chat, and although the staff were super attentive, they were a bit stingy with the mayo portion. But would definitely go back.”

“We visited Tipsy Teapot for lunch on Thursday 20th August as a family of five, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t busy, with only a few other tables occupied, yet we waited around 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Our drinks then took another 20 minutes to arrive, and the coffee was cold. It was replaced after we brought this to the waiter’s attention. We then waited a further 30 minutes for our food, only for half of the order to arrive. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the remaining meals. Sadly, the food itself was very poor, especially considering the prices. All five of us left more than half of our meals, which says a lot as we would normally finish our food. We left feeling very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. We understand that restaurants can get busy and delays can happen, but given how quiet it was during our visit, the overall level of service was not what we expected. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not return.”
