“I ordered 2 15 inches pizza on delivery and they didn’t even bother to add a single dip or sachet. Its just commercial sense to put at least one sachet of sauce per pizza. Ruined my whole experience. Even the pizzas were burnt”

“Ordered from Uber Eats for a Donner Tray with salad as specified on UberEats the donner comes with chips and salad. The dinner arrived without the salad that was supposed to be included. When I called the store to report the issue, the first question I was asked was, “Are you sure there’s no salad?” That response was both unprofessional and insulting. Why would anyone make up something as trivial as a missing salad on a donner tray? If you’re considering ordering from here, I would strongly recommend ordering directly from the shop instead of using their delivery service. Time and time again, orders arrive with missing or incorrect items. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced problems, and it’s my own fault for giving them another chance. I’ve attached a photo of the donner tray that was delivered. As you can clearly see, there is no salad. The evidence speaks for itself.”

“Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza but it arrived completely cold and the cheese was stiff and clumped together. I actually had to put it in the microwave just to be able to eat it, which completely ruined the experience. When you order a pizza you expect it to arrive hot and fresh, not cold like it’s been sitting for a long time. I’m really unhappy with the quality of this order.”
