“From the moment I booked our large family get together including the dog , The White House staff have been fantastic. I don't know how they did it . We had 12 people all served at the same time . The meals arrived quickly and were all delicious. The staff couldn't do enough for us all . We sat in a private area . We had a fantastic evening out . Can't rate The White House Roundhay high enough . It was my choice to take everyone here and everybody loved it . The menu catered for Vegans , Vegetarians and Meat eaters. If only all restaurants ran this well .”

“What a superb pub. The food was amazing, fresh and with their new menu just launched its well worth visiting. The staff were so kind and attentive...thank you Definitely recommend visiting The White Horse. The pub is full of charm and character, a great friendly atmosphere. Oh and very dog friendly as well.”

“Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We stood at reception for around 10 minutes while a waitress walked past us several times without acknowledging us. Had we not had vouchers to use, we would have left at that point. We eventually made our way to a table and ordered using the QR code. When the food arrived, it was very underwhelming. My 8oz sirloin was poor quality and came with only around seven chips, which was disappointing for the price. I asked the waitress for some mustard, only to be told that customers are expected to collect their own knives, forks and condiments from a separate table. The whole experience reminded me of Wetherspoons, but at around three times the price. The garden area looked pleasant, which was one of the few positives. However, as we left, there was a long queue of clearly disgruntled customers waiting to pay, stretching almost out of the doors. Overall, the service was poor, the food was disappointing, and the prices were far too high for the quality and level of service provided. Sadly, we would not return.”
