“A lovely pub with plenty of atmosphere. There's loads of seating inside as well as a smallish outside terrace which is at the back of the pub. I came for a drink and discovered it was their cider festival. Third of a pint was only 99p! Lovely range of ciders.”

“We ordered food at 12 o clock and was served an hour later and what was on the plate looked like it was thrown around the kitchen! It was a disgrace and the waiter was rude and didn’t know that he had to tell us if it was going to be over 30minutes delay! No customer service at all from waiters and training is definitely needed! My wife’s food looked mangled and my burger looked like it was made by a child. Utterly disappointed with it. Bar staff were good 👍 apart from that it was a shambles.”

“Can't fathom why people go here; We went to the bar section of this establishment on Saturday and ordered from the app and paid for 2 drinks, we were charged and then the app said there was an error. I queued for around or over 10 minutes whilst being ignored for regular patrons and then eventually seen to, after explaining what had happened, I was instructed to go to a different section of the bar and the staff just said "there's an issue with the app, you will be given your money back and to requeue" no apology or an offer to make the drinks as I explained I was queuing for a long tim and even happy to pay again. Low and behold, the money has still been taken and not returned. Lying to a paying customer isn't how to run a business. Will not be returning and advise anyone going there to pay at the bar and not be conned like I was. Maybe grab a receipt whilst you're at it...”

“No doubt one of the best Spoons in the area. Very nice stylish and new look inside, good beer garden. Big team of staff and good service so far. Food or drinks always cheap and not burden on pocket. Atmosphere is the main thing that creating this place image very well.”
