  “It's a spoons so I don't expect gourmet meals or anything. Saying that, the food it pretty nice and staff are reasonably good at thier jobs. JUST A BIT OF A SHAME THAT THERE ARE ALWAYS 5 ZILLION FLIES THAT LIVE THERE. plus this spoons seems to attract the unwashed element of wycombe (might explain the flies). If you want a nice spoons you may prefer to drive to Marlow or Beaconsfield.”

  “Predictability grim but was out-voted and had to go. Ordered on the app, my food took 15 mins more than everyone else's to come despite ordering the same time, so they'd all finished by the time I started. Place feels like it needs a good clean.”

  “Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food during my visit. This was very disappointing and raised concerns about hygiene standards. I informed the staff, but the experience affected my overall impression of the restaurant. I hope more attention will be paid to food preparation and quality control in the future.”

  “Worst customer service I have ever seen!! So I visited today with my family and placed an order at the bar, when the food arrived 2 of the meals ordered were wrong so the lady then says she will get them changed, to then a few minutes later the lady that had served me came over and asked what was wrong with the food I said you put in the wrong order ( bare in mind this is a trainee ) that they have left unsupervised so she then stands and argue the fact that I said chicken when my words were the classic burger she then walked away to have another lady come and ask the same question so explained again to her she then trys to tell me the classic burger is a chicken burger when there app clearly states different and the lady never stated that at the till like she claimed to have, so moral of story they refused to change the food and told me I wasnt entitled to a refund as there was nothing wrong with the food. The staff are rude very confrontational and completely lack in customer service this will be the last time I will visit this particular spoons as was completely unexcepable they were at complete fault but didnt want to own it I will be reporting to head office as this is a joke”

  “Daniel is the most incredible person to ever walk in to this spoons. Best I have experience I have ever encountered within a service. Makes it feel homely and casual yet with a particular sense of professionalism. What an incredible employee. Thank you.”

  “It is a good, reliable Wetherspoon pub with a relaxed feel and a nice bit of character from the building itself. It is the sort of place that works well for a casual meal, a drink, or a simple catch up without feeling overly formal. The service was straightforward, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and easy going. As with most Wetherspoon pubs, it offers a practical choice for food and drinks, especially when you want somewhere familiar and convenient. It may not be the most unique pub experience, but it does what it sets out to do well. I would be happy to visit again and would recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxed and dependable pub in High Wycombe.”

  “Service is obnoxiously slow, food cannot be ordered by itself, forcing you to pay extra when nondrink or side is needed or wanted, inflating the prices artificially and bringing an overall frustrating experience. Hot chocolate is low quality and they don't even have servillet or napkins available for their customers. On top of that the place is extremely crowded with little to no soace between tabkes and chairs, where you are constantly bumping on to people or even small movements while seated means touching the person seated behind you, and being hit by the chair behind you constantly making the stay annoying at best Tables are dirty and sticky making the place feel like a low quality business and unpleasant”

  “It's a really good place to drink and eat. You can have a lot of kinds of beers here. And the food is simply delicious. We really appreciated this experience. The great English atmosphere was good as well. I definitely recommend this place to visit.”
