  “Leaving 1 star because no zero star option. Day by day it’s getting worse. I believe they got tons of food colours for cheap deal. Potions also not really good. Ordered a potion of prawn curry but instead of prawn all I could get was half cooked tomatoes, that was cheating. Just focusing on profit maximisation not worrying about repeating customers.”

  “Food not tasty I bought fish patties this morning but I didn’t see any fish inside. only potatoes . Tastes also bland. So bad.other day same experience not fresh curry. I am so disappointed. I don’t recommend you to buy there.”

  “This is an excellent takeaway shop that I highly recommend. While they offer a variety of main dishes such as biryani, rice, and curries, I have primarily sampled their starter items. Among these, the mutton rolls are truly exceptional. If you place an order by telephone, they ensure the mutton rolls are freshly prepared for you, which is a wonderful touch. Additionally, their service is outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, and they go out of their way to treat customers with respect and dignity, making the experience even more enjoyable. I recently discovered that the shop also has a party hall available for hire. Unfortunately, I do not have details regarding its seating capacity or pricing, but it could be a great option for hosting small gatherings or events. For parking, there are a few designated bays directly in front of the shop. However, if these are occupied, you can find free parking spaces on the nearby side streets.”

  “Ordered food for a 70th birthday party. Was very difficult to communicate with the owner from the start. He agreed for the items and prices initially but on the day, he was on holiday and his staff did not have all the food agreed ready. This caused immense stress for us. When I called him to ask about this, he was rude on the phone. To make matters worse, their food caused food poisoning for nearly 20 people from the party who all ended up vomiting and having diarrhoea.”

  “Beautiful restaurant, amazing staff, would highly recommend to any tourists in the area. I would personally travel from my home in New York City, US all the way here to Eastcote just to experience the immaculacy of the food in this restaurant. Why it doesn't have a Michelin star is still a huge question that food critiques across the World have not yet answered.”

  “The mutton rolls and vadai are delicious 😋 and at cheap prices. YUMMY !! 100% ordering again since the spices in the mutton rolls are just right !! Even the chutney for the vadai are at the right level of spice. Great to eat whether takeaway or dining. Takeaway service is fast for those on the go and need to catch the bus a few minutes walk away from the restaurant !!”

  “Came into the shop at the same time as another customer, another customer was already waiting. A member of staff walked in and out of the front shop area twice and ignored us. Calls were still being answered at the back, a few more staff came in and out before one of them started serving customers. First time coming in here as someone suggested we come here, customer service is rubbish. Acknowledge your customers, it was even more annoying because we just came to get idiyappam, and called in advance.”

  “The food in this place is amazing, so delicious I will never get tired. Its so affordable that 3 vegetable currys are sold for £3 with rice, its more than enough to fill you up. Great customer service, will definitely go back.”

  “Used to be a great place to get food from, but their quality had dropped recently. Whilst the staff members are generally quite good; there was one female staff member that kept cutting the phone whilst ordering stating that it's because they were "busy". Other than that, the food sold there are priced quite fairly.”
