  “Very disappointing experience at Nando’s. The food itself was OK, but the fries were soggy and cold. I simply asked for the fries to be replaced, which I thought would be a straightforward request. Instead, they made such a fuss over changing a portion of fries that I eventually had to speak to a second manager before they finally agreed to replace them. Unbelievable — all of this over a portion of cold, soggy fries. For a company like Nando’s, I expected much better customer service. If something as simple as fries arrives cold, replacing them shouldn't turn into an argument with management. Definitely left a bad impression.”

  “Absolutely brilliant service A special shout-out to Adeel, our waiter, who was friendly, attentive and made sure we had a great experience. Also, huge thanks to Nuno, the cook, for preparing such delicious food. Everything was fresh, tasty and cooked perfectly. Excellent team and excellent service, we’ll definitely be coming back!   “i’ve been here a few times and my experience here is always so wonderful, the staff are so overly friendly and especially the young man gabriel, he was so overly polite, friendly and attentive and it was really wonderful having him be our server! i appreciate the time of my arrival it was extremely busy however he made sure to be overly attentive with surrounding tables, ensuring everyone was happy. delighted to recommend this branch of nandos, staff were lovely, the food was delicious !”

  “Normally I never write reviews, I just feel like it's pointless and a waste of my time. However I am taking the time today to write this as I feel visiting this Nando's in the shopping centre was one of the most welcoming and top notch service I have experienced! My wife and I visited a few days ago and was blown away by the staff, food and overall experience. I would like to say a big shoutout to Bradley and the manger Ruby who really took care of us and made sure our needs were met. Ruby & Bradley both provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, very friendly, attentive and went above and beyond, an asset to your company!! Food was amazing fresh, hot and tasty, thank you to the team in St George and special thanks to Ruby & Bradley.”

  “What a pleasure to dine in this lovely restaurant in Harrow. We have passed the restaurant a few times and were attracted by its charm and exterior. The menu was wonderful and we enjoyed everything we tried. Nisha was friendly and welcoming. Beautiful ingredients and drinks from South Africa // Portugal. The burger and the rositias were our favourites. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken which was perfectly cooked. We can't wait to dine here again. Thank you again to Nisha and the chefs for the lovely experience”

  “Today I had a very disappointing experience at Nando’s Harrow. While eating, I noticed a significant amount of dust on the surface behind me (see photo). My daughter touched the area with her hands while playing and got them completely covered in dust. Eating in such an environment is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. On top of that, the burger portion was very small for the price, which was already quite high. When you are paying these prices (including service), you expect a much higher standard. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.”

  “We ordered a boneless plater and the food was amazing. I have been going here for a while and the team is amazing! Nisha in particular has always been so kind, so welcoming and lively to speak to as a person! Always helping, always looking to see if we are enjoying our experience and happy.   “Unfortunately I didn’t have a pleasant experience at this Nando’s, I ordered my usual, which was the grilled chicken wrap and I was so disappointed to find my wrap stuffed completely with lettuce and no chicken, I politely asked for another wrap and the man said he would get me another wrap, I waited for 20 mins whilst eating my sides, after finishing my sides, I was told I can’t get another wrap after being promised a knew I was so disappointed and quite frankly pissed, the waiters noticed I was upset and practically ignored me”

  “Myself and my son had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Nando’s! Choosing our usual full platter was clearly a great decision, as it perfectly satisfied our appetites. From the moment you arrived, the experience seemed to flow seamlessly. We were warmly greeted and promptly shown to our table, setting a positive tone for the meal. The service was both efficient and friendly, ensuring we felt well cared for throughout the visit. Your food arrived promptly, and it met the high standard we have come to expect. The platter was hot, perfectly cooked, and this time enhanced by the addition of the new Fanta orange glaze, which was a delightful twist on an already reliable favorite. The restaurant’s cleanliness and well-stocked condiment station added to the overall comfort of the dining experience, reflecting the team’s attention to detail An ice-cold bottle of Sagres beer was the perfect complement to my meal, providing a touch of relaxation and enjoyment. With everything meeting or exceeding expectations—delicious food, welcoming service, and a pleasant environment—it’s no surprise we left without a single complaint. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy a seamless and satisfying outing, and Nando’s delivered exactly that!”

  “I recommend this place after watching a movie from cinemas and it's perfect for large friend groups. I ate the great imitator is a great vegetarian wrap and the wrap tasted OK for what it was and it was not worth the money in my opinion. I guess I was quite lucky with the time and seating as I was very early for my group. A well timed visit would be ideal for this restaurant. Overall the environment was great but a negative was the toilets were locked and I had to ask for the codes to it and I found the whole process quite slow. I must comment on the incredibly rapid serving pace that deserves hats off as we waited less than 5 mins for a table full of food. Overall, I would like to highlight that timing is absolutely key to the experience in this restaurant so I would suggest a pre booking or even ordering online before you arrive on their website.”
