Customer Review Summary

Coffee is what reviewers return to most, with the flat whites singled out as very good with no scalded milk, and one reviewer calling the coffee the best in Gloucester. Close behind are the cakes and sweet treats, described as "to die for", along with a matcha that one reviewer found very good and a milkshake and smoothie that another called delicious. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and polite, and several mention the spacious, cool interior, with one noting the air con and another the music. One reviewer also appreciates the loyalty scheme. The one critical review found the coffee disappointing and the service slow, though it still called the staff polite and the space plentiful, and the reviewer plans to try again in a few months. Most reviews are warm, and several say they will be back. One reviewer describes stopping in for a flat white between trains.

“I was really hoping for a great experience, unfortunately I was disappointed with the coffee and the slow service. The staff were very polite I will say, atmosphere was good with plenty of space. I will give this a second chance in a few months to see if things improve.”
  • Amanda Kelly
“An excellent coffee stop between trains. The flat whites were very good and no scalding milk! We didn't eat but there were plenty of tasty looking cakes and sweet treats. The staff were friendly and the cafe has use of the very nice toilet facilities in the Forum building.”
  • Sacha Pearce
“Awesome place! I’ve been here a few times now and thoroughly enjoy it! It has a sophisticated atmosphere and the interior is clean, bright, and stylish. The drinks were great and, though I personally haven’t eaten on my visits, the food looked delicious and received nothing but praise from those eating. It’s refreshing to see a team help revive the high street! (Plus the music was fantastic, commendations to the DJ!)”
  • Lily Margot
“Love this place! Their matcha is SO good, the staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is amazing, would highly recommend!”
  • Joe Blake
“A great new spot to meet and invite people. Ideal location, amazing food sourced nearby as well as ethically sourced coffee to support a local business. I’ll be coming back plenty of times in future to enjoy more of what’s on offer!”
