  “Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered donner kebab meat, chips and cheese, but there was no option on the website to add any sauce. I specifically called the restaurant before the order to ask them to add sauces, and they confirmed it. The food arrived with NO sauce at all. The meal was dry and honestly disgusting without the sauce. I paid extra for delivery and waited around 30 minutes, only for the driver to come back and say “sorry” when I complained. If I had known there would be no sauce despite me calling beforehand, I would never have ordered. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.”

  “Really poor service, never recived my food when i order its on just eat, i waited 30 minutes outside at the pick up point and there was no driver only to randomly get a notification out of the blue my food was delivered. This is really sad and honestly i think theyre just eats service is a scam cause you cant see where the driver is and they just randomly mark your food as delivered! I hate shitting on a small buisness but if the glass slipper fits it must be said”

  “I use to order from this place and couldn’t remember why I stopped then remembered the guy who called himself giovanni ( the boss which I don’t think with his attitude) was very rude arrogant and very very aggressive, there’s no other way to describe his attitude. The way he shouted down the phone because he was busy he was so angry all because I wanted no sauce on a burger and garlic sauce on something else I then remembered this was the reason I didn’t order for over a year. To scream down the phone to customers he can’t say he didn’t as I’ve got proof. I most definitely will never use this place again. The order the week before was all wrong 2 hour wait not what I wanted so I wanted to make sure they got it right this time. Shame on you that’s how orders are so wrong when they arrive if you can’t handle being busy then I suggest change job as you should not work with customers. I wouldn’t shout at a dog like that let alone a customer 0”

  “Popped in on a Friday night for a takeaway and the service was very quick and friendly. The food was delicious with the fish being a real highlight with soft well cooked fish, and a really crispy batter on the outside. The white pudding supper was nice and crisp with fresh cooked chips too. Well worth a visit for a takeaway, particularly to buy in person.”

  “I started using this chippy when my daughter recommended it. We live in the city centre so it’s a bit out of the way but they have an excellent app and delivery is spot on. I’ve tried everything from Pizza to Kebabs, lots of different suppers, you get the idea, as far as I’m concerned this is the best chippy in Edinburgh, I’ve lived in the city centre for over 35 years and this place beats everywhere in town 5*****”

  “We always use this place and never had a problem but tonight one of the pizzas was destroyed so I called the restaurant and the girl was nice and they sent another one out but when I got it it was also destroyed like someone had sat on it.”

  “Half a chicken supper, I think you are having a laugh or just being greedy @Giovanni's £9.50 for what is smaller than an average pigeon, add on a £4 deliver charge and a 70 pence processing fee, certainly not value for money at £14.20”
