  “We went to Poland a couple of weeks ago and wanted to eat some more polish food. This is the place! Food was delicious, good price and was decently quick. Really enjoyed it and we’ll be back for our next fix. Try the polish dumplings and he goulash!”

  “Fantastic food with large portions. The pierogi's were the best I've ever had! The potato pancakes were large and delicious. The staff was attentive and gave us suggestions of places to visit nearb. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area!”

  “My friend and I always visit for one reason: the amazing Żurek soup. It is incredibly flavorful and delicious! The only disappointment this time was learning they no longer serve it in a bread bowl. That said, the other dishes we have tried are always quite good, and the prices truly match the great quality”

  “Fantastic restaurant! Nice authentic food, very generous portions, great service, and great atmosphere. The Zurek was so good, all the tastes are super balanced in the soup, highly recommended. The Smalec was very rich and tasty, very classic Polish snack. And the pork Schab!!! OMG THE PORK SCHAB! It was soooooo amazingly big portion and so crispy but tender at the same time! I was totally defeated by it, only managed to eat about half of the Schab and had to pack it up. And definitely don’t miss out the home made cheese cake. It’s very different from the ones you get in other restaurants. Anyways, we had great time at the restaurant, and will definitely go back again soon! Had to try the home made apple pie which we were too stuffed to handle.”

  “I can't recommend this place enough! The food is amazing and so comforting, and the staff are so warm and friendly--you feel so taken care of there like you're part of a Polish family. I had the Smalec as a starter and Polish Potato Pancakes with Beef Goulash as a main, and it was more than enough food for a big eater, and so good to the last bite. I can't wait to keep coming back for more!”

  “Excellent delicious Polish food with traditional iconic items, approved by my Polish friends, decent portion - ordered starter and main cannot finish half of it. Attentive and friendly service. Highly recommend.”

  “The staff were lovely, efficient and attentive This was the first time myself and my fiancé have tried Polish food and it was absolutely delicious, the chefs should be very proud of themselves. The portion sizes were massive as well, great value for money. Definitely made my top three restaurants in Edinburgh”

  “A good place with very friendly and cheerful staff. From the moment we entered, we were welcomed with great politeness and warm smiles. The staff was very helpful and provided clear explanations in response to our questions about the menu. When it came to the food, it was a bit hit or miss—some dishes were good, while others were not as successful. Since it was our first time dining at a Polish restaurant, we were not sure if some of the dishes were meant to be served as they were. Definitely worth a try, but for us, the highlight was the friendliness of the staff, and we left it at that.”

  “The Percy is a Polish restaurant offering traditional dishes, desserts, and drinks to match. Although I am not of Polish origin, I wanted to try this place, drawn by their cuisine – and I can say it was an excellent choice, especially since some dishes reminded me of traditional food from my own country. I was delighted not only by the food and drinks but also by the staff, who were extremely kind and polite. The restaurant itself impressed me with its beautiful architecture and its warm, peaceful atmosphere. The soup I ordered was delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It brought back childhood memories of the soups my grandmother used to make. The herring, which I tasted for the first time, was a pleasant surprise and very tasty. The steak with potatoes and whisky sauce was outstanding – I had never tried such a good sauce before, and I cleaned the plate with bread because it was simply too good. As for drinks, I tried a sweet beer that I truly enjoyed. Overall, the experience was a solid 10 out of 10! I will definitely return to discover more Polish specialties.”
