Sunday lunch draws the most praise, with the beef roast singled out for unlimited yorkies, roasties and gravy, and one diner liking that the gravy arrives separate in a small gravy boat. Reviewers call the food plentiful and good value, and one notes the menu worked for vegans and for children. Close behind, the chicken feast earns credit for outstanding garlic cheesy wings and a ranch dip so good one table ordered extra. Others name the beef melt burger with crispy chips, and calamari followed by lasagne on an offer starter and main. Staff are described as friendly, attentive and quick, and one family was found a table on a Sunday when many were reserved. A birthday group at the bottomless brunch stayed on for line dancing and a country singer, and was given a free cowboy hat.

“Went to the queens head for bottomless brunch with my friend for her birthday. We weren't sure what to expect as had never been before. From the moment we walked through the doors we were welcomed by friendly staff and taken to our table. For the whole 2 hours we were waited on hand and foot and all staff made sure our glasses weren't empty. We had the beef melt burger and it was delicious. The chips were lovely and crispy and the burger was so tasty. We ended up staying until late as was told they had line dancing and a country singer on also that day so once we had finished bottomless we headed off outside to join in the fun we were even given a free cowboy hat 🤠 we we definitely be returning for another bottomless and also future events they have on. Thankyou for making my friends birthday treat a special day 💗”

“We had the chicken feast. The garlic cheesy wings where outstanding, the rest of it was really good. They serve it with a ranch dressing dip, so good we ordered extra as we dipped everything in it. Whilst it is a large amount of food, none it was too hot or went cold. The service was excellent throughout.”

“A party of 12. Excellent food . Pleasant and attentive staff. Thank you. If you are a large party I would advise you book. We were on 1 large table, being a female group we could have a good natter!”
