  “it's a really good nando's but its gets busy quite often! The food is really good and the service is also quite good! its a great place for families to go to. It's a pretty decent price and if you have the app you can get more discounts and sometimes free sides and food like that. overall its a pretty solid restaurant but the wait time can be really long or sometimes even inaccurate.”

  “Just wow. Four of us came to dine here and were treated to the best dining experience we’ve had in a chain in a very long time. We were seated instantly and the food came up so quick! The chicken was succulent, the portions large and of course the sauce was incredible as always. The brownie at the end was just incredible! Warm and tasty, I had everyone fighting for a bite. Stefan made our experience particularly wonderful as he was attentive, kind and really cared about our time here. Would definitely reccomend coming here, especially if he’s on shift!”

  “Stefan is a credit to this Nandos branch! I will absolutely be choosing to come back to this branch because of his wonderful customer service, his attentiveness, friendliness and great energy made a simple nandos dinner trip a really enjoyable experience, nandos you are lucky to have Stefan! :) thank you Stefan for such a wonderful experience I just had to leave a review! Food was wonderful and served very quickly too, chocolate brownie was delicious.”

  “I came with a friend for a casual lunch and they made it spectacular! Staff were so friendly and welcomed us so kindly into a warm atmosphere . Especially Stefan big shout out to him!! Thank you”

  “Had lunch here on Tuesday. It was quiet when I arrived and I was really well looked after my the staff. The guy who welcomed me had me a recap as I’d not been for while. He sat me in a booth (even though I was eating alone) which was really nice. He was helpful and efficient. I ordered five wings with two sides. Corn on the cob and mash. The sides were pretty good. I’m always a little suspicious that the mash isn’t “fresh” but it was smooth. The chicken was decent. I went for medium and topped up with sauce. The ice machine tea was over flowing but no drama. Was pleasantly surprised. I’d go back again. It’s not cheap for what is it (chicken) but it would be a great place for groups. There was quite a few people by the time I left. I’d go again”

  “I eagerly placed an order for half a chicken, peri-salted chips, and a chocolate cake, expecting a delightful meal. To my dismay, the chicken was undercooked, as you can see in the photo, and the chips were completely lacking in peri-salt. To top it off, the chocolate cake arrived warm and melted. I contacted Deliveroo, who kindly offered a refund, and I also reached out directly to Nando’s. Speaking with Romona was a positive experience, as she was incredibly helpful. However, being pregnant, I need my food cooked thoroughly, just like anyone else, and this experience was truly disappointing.”

  “Nando's Croydon - Colonnades was a first but not forgettable dining experience. The chicken was so delicious, as well as the sides of spicy rice, long stem broccoli, creamy mash with Peri chicken gravy, and Peri- salted fries. We chose a medium spicy for our chicken and were not disappointed. The food is uniquely different and very good. The service was friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere and vibe was comfortable, and laid back. We look forward to our next visit.”
