  “Popped in for the kids eat for £1 offer and was lucky enough to be served by Carrie-Anne. She couldn’t have been more accommodating, helping me fetch food from the carvery as I was alone with my 18 month old and served us with such a smile and positive energy.   “Wow where do I begin, the servers were absolute top draw couldn’t of asked for better. The atmosphere brought me back to my youth and made me forget about how I’m terminally ill.special shoutouts to my drillaz Leah, josh and Dan what a phenomenal group of human beings. The jokes made me gain a six pack and I WILL be coming back”

  “We brought a large party after a football tournament as we needed to re fuel. Leah, Darren and Josh were really accommodating of us all and the food was excellent . We are going home with very full bellies. Great service . Will be back again. Thank you”

  “We popped out just for a weekday dinner. The service was very good. Darren our server was very helpful letting us know our food was ready and at the pass. His service was great. The food was very tasty as you would expect 😋. We will be back.”

  “The food offering was the standard Toby Carvery breakfast, fresh food was readily available, so that element was satisfactory. Warm welcome from the gentleman servicing at the bar, but the supervisor was incredibly rude as she walked up to the till mid transaction and started refilling change for 2 minutes which prevented the transaction being completed. Why she couldn’t have waited 10 seconds for the receipt to be printed and let us continue our conversation and transaction I don’t know. She did not even acknowledge myself or the guy at the bar, nor apologise or similar.”

  “The portions of meats are shocking. The meats (Pork & Ham) were dry outside of the beef. They don’t cover the carved side so if it’s been sitting for a while they obviously dry up and that’s what I was served. The chef sliced 2 very thin slices of each meat chosen. As mentioned with them being very dry on one side it was not a very nice texture or taste. The vegetables were at least bright green. Also no crackling during the week apparently which is shocking and disappointing considering it’s a carvery. No complaints on the service as each staff member were polite and pleasant. The sticky toffee pudding did not taste homemade it tasted bland, oily and you could barely taste any dates. It tasted more like a golden syrup sponge. Overall I will not be coming back to any Toby Carvery if that’s the meat portions they give. No issues pertaining to the staff. Also the air con was a plus. They could upgrade the decor too. It looks very dated.”

  “Had a lovely visit to Toby Carvery today. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was a great selection available. The atmosphere was welcoming and everything was well organised. A special mention to Char, who provided excellent service throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for helping make our meal so enjoyable.   “Had a lovely meal at Toby Carvery. The food was fresh, the meat was tender, and there was a great selection of vegetables and sides. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was well stocked. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was quick.
