  “At first glance, this Nando’s seemed like a great location with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by a serious hygiene issue. We were brought olives, and I noticed a fly inside the olives. The olives were also left uncovered, along with some of the other snack items, for the entire time we were eating. Throughout our meal, we had to deal with an insane number of flies around our table and our food. To make matters worse, the table next to us also found a fly in their food. I’m sorry, but having green flies around the food — and actually finding one in the food — is extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable. It made it impossible to properly enjoy our meal and really ruined the entire dining experience. Considering we spent around £80 between two people, I find this particularly disappointing and unacceptable given the prices. I understand that flies can occasionally be an issue, especially around food, but the sheer number of them and the fact that one was found in the food suggests that this needs to be taken much more seriously. The staff were lovely, and the location itself was nice, but unfortunately the hygiene issue completely overshadowed everything else. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the problem.”

  “I visited Nando’s recently with my family and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The customer service from a staff member called Edy (I believe that was her name) was honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced. She came across as rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming throughout our visit. It felt like our family was an inconvenience rather than valued customers, which really put a dampener on what should have been a nice meal together. Thankfully, another member of staff called Tyler completely turned things around. He was friendly, polite, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a better experience. He treated us with kindness and respect, and his positive attitude made a huge difference after such a poor start. Tyler is a real credit to the team and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. It’s a shame because the food was good, but the way you’re treated can really affect the overall experience. I hope management addresses the issues with customer service, while also recognising staff members like Tyler who go above and beyond for customers.”

  “Really disappointing order. The Fino Pitta was okay, but the chips arrived cold and soggy, and the Rostinas were badly burnt. For the price you pay at Nando’s, I’d expect the food to arrive hot and properly cooked. Definitely not up to the usual standard and unfortunately most of the meal wasn’t enjoyable.”

  “I had such a lovely experience at Nando’s Crawley, and I especially want to mention Adriana, who was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, warm, and attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. It’s always refreshing to receive service with such a lovely attitude and a genuine smile. Adriana is a real asset to the team, and she made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Adriana, for being so lovely and making us feel so welcome! I’ll definitely be back! ❤️”

  “We had fun - food was good and brought out quickly. There were plenty of staff and the tall young man with curly hair on the front door did a great job of managing the queue. Great atmosphere although the whole place felt a bit congested with not quite enough space between the tables or room to manoeuvre by the drinks machine.”

  “Service was excellent, friendly polite and helpful. Meal was excellent and my kids love it, cost me a fortune lol my daughters love the sauces ie hot honey with chilly. Price is good and kids meal excellent priced.”

  “Experience was great. First time running into the way you pre-order your food. Not sure what happens if you don’t have data or a cellphone😏 Ordered the wings which i loved very much. The coleslaw was great. First time having it the way they made it . Wish i had asked cause it was great. 😃 Overall i enjoyed my plate. The quarter chicken fries and mash was also very good. Ordered the chicken breast my mistake it should have been a chicken thigh 😂😂 lol the ordering system got me confused. 😵‍💫 Loved the place to wash your hands cause you need clean hands to really enjoy that chicken😏. Overall great experience.”

  “First time in a Nando’s in the UK. Restaurant was clean and service was fast. Staff were friendly. The prices decent. Unfortunately the meal arrived barely warm (1/4 chicken & chips) and the chicken looked a bit sad with a loose bone included. Not used to this low standard of food in a Nando’s and sadly won’t be going again.”

  “The setting, ambience and staff were great! Menu was tastefully laid out ~ excuse the pun LOL. I'd give it 5 stars except that the chicken was a bit dry, but then I understand restaurants must cook to a certain heat. Otherwise great!”
