  “Absolute AWFUL experience from the so called “pedro” who is the apparent so called manager. We have planned 2 weeks ago to come to Crawley for our best friends birthday. There was a poetry night on that night in which it WAS NOT ADVERTISED at all! With pictures proven. We spent 5 minutes at the bar, before we could even get a drink. Talking normally, giggling as normal girls do. All of a sudden we get this “pedro” come one to us saying that one of our girls is drunk (two drinks in for a Monday night at 20:30), coming over very very aggressive. We are very respectful girls with respectful jobs and understand however if this was public knowledge we would completely avoid for our friends birthday! The way he came over was very scary for 3 girls and saw absolute anger in his eyes. Please avoid at all times to avoid this horrible man. Please state I feel like getting police involved as I do have pictures of this am and false advertisement”

  “What a great dining experience this was! The food was amazing.. we had salmon, beef and vegan curry & sides, all dishes were delicious. Maryanne was brilliant, made us feel so welcome…best service we’ve had in years! Highly recommended.”

  “I’ll tell you what, service from start to finish was absolutely amazing. All the staff that we spoke too were brilliant, welcoming and a good laugh but a special mention for Maryanne, who was our main server and we absolutely LOVED her! We had the bottomless dinner thing and the way she was completely honest whilst recommending spot on dishes with a good analysis of the beverages alike, we were genuinely amazed. Safe to say I left a tip and we’re literally planning on coming here again! Thank you so much for your kind service and warm smile and attitude, we really appreciated it and we’ll definitely be back and also recommend to any newcomers who aren’t already aware of this venue! Thank you again Maryanne!!!”

  “Maryanne at Turtle Bay Crawley gave us the best experience when dining. She is so lovely, lively and kind ensuring our food was not only delicious ( it was) but also accommodated to our needs perfectly, including a nut allergy which she dealt with fabulously.   “We visited Turtle Bay Crawley and had a fantastic experience. The food was superb, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. A special mention to Ashleigh-Ann, who provided top-notch service—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Kudos to the chef for the lovely food and excellent presentation. We were the first customers of the day, and the team set a great standard right from the start. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back!”

  “Maryanne was great! Such fabulous service. Noticed there were changes on the menu which threw me off I must add I do not like the new changed. Explained the changes on the menu really well not to mention she made incredible recommendations for drinks! If I was local I’d be back in a heartbeat! Thank you Maryanne for taking care of us!”

  “After a small diversion during our travels, we spent a day in Crawley and decided to explore the local cocktail scene. After a quick bit of research, our first choice was to visit this venue and try some of their rum creations. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a kind gentleman at the entrance who guided us to the bar. The cocktail menu was genuinely interesting and creative, offering a great variety of flavours and styles. They also run a fantastic promotion — two cocktails for £13 — which is exceptional value. We sampled several drinks during our visit. The Cherry Sling was light, refreshing, and beautifully balanced. Tommy’s Margarita was excellent — crisp, smooth, and full of flavour. The Reggae Rum Punch delivered quite an alcoholic kick, cleverly disguised behind vibrant mango notes. Meanwhile, the Bohemia Mojito was incredibly fresh and aromatic; even with absinthe included, it remained perfectly balanced and refreshing. An additional highlight is that each cocktail sold contributes to supporting the protection of baby sea turtles, which is a wonderful initiative. We had the pleasure of being served by Vicky, whose professionalism and smooth service truly stood out. Her attention to detail ensured that every drink was prepared and presented perfectly. Next time, we will definitely return to explore the food menu as well. As for the cocktails — an easy 10/10 🔥.”

  “Had such a great first visit to Turtle Bay for lunch! Ashleigh, our waitress, was awesome and really friendly from the start. Since it was our first time, she explained the menu clearly and checked in on us while we were eating to make sure everything was good. Being from New York, it was nice to get that same warm, attentive hospitality. I had to text my Trini best friend from back home and let her know I found a good Caribbean spot 🙌🏽 The food was delicious and we can’t believe we never tried it before. The jerk chicken was full of flavour, and the rice and peas with sweet plantains were perfect sides. We also really enjoyed the Raspberry Reggae cocktail, so refreshing. We’ll definitely be back 💚”

  “Really lovely place, definitely got our money’s worth with the bottomless brunch, the staff seemed so friendly - especially our server Maryanne! She was so energetic and eager to help the whole time; she managed to keep checking in our table without it feeling rushed or awkward! (Thanks girl) 10/10 would recommend”
