Customer Review Summary
Diners return above all for the food, with reviewers calling it delicious and freshly cooked, and singling out the scallops, calamari, skewers with hummus, and a Burmese curry. A full cooked breakfast, described as generous, and a latte also earn praise. Close behind is the service, which reviewers repeatedly call friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, including help with a possible food allergy and a patient manner with children. The gluten free menu is described as decent, with staff warning that there is no shared fryer. The atmosphere is called chilled, cosy and nice and open, and one reviewer found it still cool on a hot day. The few criticisms are small: one found the truffled chips a little dry and preferred chunky chips to fries, and the same reviewer wished for background music. A server helping one pair set up the app is among the details guests recall.

“Lovely food but truffled chips were a little dry. Much prefer chunky chips than fries. Burmese curry lovely. Service was superb - very polite and attentive staff. Atmosphere cosy but could benefit from background music - if there was some I couldn’t hear it.”

“Good food - gluten free menu was decent and had a lot of the food from the main menu. They don’t have a shared fryer but the staff are aware and warn you of this. Kirsty was wonderful, great with children, 10/10 knowledge of Pokémon cards.”

“Came here for food with my mother, it was unreal! Was greeted by Charlotte when we arrived and shown the selection of drinks and food available. Tried scallops for the first time too and they were exceptionally delicious 🤤 would definitely return and recommend!”
