“Disgusting, ordered Mac and cheese which was so watery, politely sent it back only to be sent out exact as the first time. Explained to the man behind the bar clearly hadn’t eaten any of the meal, he then proceeded to go into the kitchen shouting about me to the chef ( very rudely ) , came back and said that the mac and cheese is from the microwave and what did I expect from a microwaveable mac and cheese ? No meal replacement was offered nor a refund, I asked for a refund and he very bluntly said no. Maybe you should advertise that your £13 meal is going to be microwaved, I would’ve thought twice about ordering it. Terrible service.”

“It is generally polite service but super slow. You can wait ages to be served and be prepared to wait for your food, even when not busy. Food is usually really good but last visit, I couldn't eat the steak (that could be the steak though and can't be helped) but baguette was also so hard. I recommend the chips.”
