  “What a beautiful restaurant, I loved the layout, the interior design, great atmosphere all round. It's a fun fusion kitchen with one dish looking and tasking better than the other! The service was excellent 👌🏻👍🏻 we had a fantastic dinner! Thank you for everything ❤️ I think they'd be outstanding for dates and special occasions.”

  “We had a wonderful experience at the Muse. On our holidays in the cotswold I would like to invite my husband at his birthday. So I booked a table in advance and asked for a nice place and the possibility to have a bit more longer time to celebrate. As we arrived at the Muse, a young lady offered us a table in the corner and whispered - no stress, you can have this place for the whole evening! The food was very well prepared and from a high quality, accompanied from an excellent bottle of French wine. But the highlight of the evening was, that the chef himself come with a small birthday candle and congratulated my husband!! From my opinion: this is not standard! This is a special form of hospitality and customer focus that is becoming increasingly rare. I recommend the Muse as restaurant, for food and drinks but also for service! Thank you for this nice experience.”

  “One of the most incredible meals that I have ever had! I first booked this restaurant as a special treat to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. The food and the service went even beyond what I could have imagined. I had the baked Leek and smoked Salmon Gratin for main and it’s honestly one of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted! Franck came out with a special birthday touch and it was great to speak to someone who is so passionate about the experience Muse provides. We will definitely revisit!”

  “Absolutely incredible - possibly the best restaurant in Cheltenham I’ve been too. Everything is stunning from the food to the service. The most amazing food - highly recommend the Trout, Tomahawk steak, sticky toffee pudding and the dark chocolate soufflé cake! Honestly 10/10”

  “Absolutely stunning. Better than the Royal Air Force club on Mayfair. The service is excellent, no pushy, no rushing, polite, funny and caring. Loved after me well as a single visitor. The food was sensational. Beautifully presented and delicious. Pricing is just on the limit but not over, which is unusual, and frankly brilliant for business. Draught cider (Aspalls) was superb, lines are clearly very well kept. Worth every single penny, better than any other of the 5* I've given in the past elsewhere, by a long way too.”

  “What a find for new years eve, totally amazing, food and staff, even the owner came out to meet us and ask about our experience, will return for certain, wonderful place. Having enjoyed NYE so much, we took 2 other friends 2 nights later, who also thought how good the place was.”

  “My team and I went for our Christmas meal. The food was excellent and the service also! Our glasses were never empty and the complimentary mulled wine & mince pies were a lovely touch! The atmosphere was cosy, especially when there were 8 of us for lunch. I would highly recommend attending MUSE and I would love to attend again.”

  “Delightful meal with some unusual and tasty dishes from the lunch menu - the okra starter, smoked aubergine and chicken tikka were all delicious . The chocolate fondant looked so delicious ( and it was!) that I scoffed it without photographing. Good cocktails too. The staff were lovely and attentive. Will definitely return !”

  “What a delightful, flavour packed and welcoming experience. On entering Muse I was surprised that at 7pm the restaurant was relatively quiet and the atmosphere was missing. However, 30 minutes into the experience the restaurant came alive with chatter, wine being served and food that just melts in your mouth. The venison was the best I’ve tried along with the lamb rump. To finish we had tarts and accidentally were served an anniversary cake 🎂 but it was all good fun 🤗. I highly recommend and will be visiting for Sunday roast 😊”
